Situated near the ocean, but nestled and protected by the Santa Ynez Mountain Range, sunrises meld with the morning fog and lingering cool breezes to create signature wines. Delicious temperatures, fragrant scents and harmonious sounds add to the ambiance as you sample varietal grapes for every palate. In fact, at Coyote Hills Ranch and Vineyard, you are surrounded by 14 acres of organic Sauv Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Petite Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Grenache Blanc.

The residence is newly remodeled, boasting 8200 sq ft of living space, tastefully furnished with soaring wooden beamed ceilings and beautiful floors, walls of glass accentuate the extraordinary natural light and capture the feel of a Tuscan villa. The open concept flows between two independent wings that include 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and can accommodate up to 20 guests. The home is perfect for large groups of friends or intimate family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen functions as the hub for all events and daily living.

The grand courtyard features a massive pool with spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and custom-built farm table that seats 16 guests. Imagine yourself ending the day with a wine pairing dinner prepared by one of our private chefs with meals prepared from the estate’s bountiful one-acre organic orchard and garden that feeds the home’s pantry…all while warmed by a massive outdoor fireplace.

NOTE: Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rate. It is an add-on. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please arrange that in advance. The pool costs between vary (plus tax) depending on the season and takes 2 days to heat to 86 degrees. Pool heat is NOT included in your rental rate and will be charged separately, plus tax.
