INSIDE PLAY – THEATRE ROOM with 86” screen, Italian leather reclining sectional + gaming chairs (bring your video games); Large GAME ROOM with ping pong, shuffleboard, bean bag basketball, seating around modern electric fireplace with TV, a multitude of board game + stunning views; Spacious loft with antique card table + various puzzles and a desk if one must work. Tree house style bunk room with "Hibernation Hollow" reading nook, play area & large activity filled treasure chest. 6 smart televisions available for streaming. High speed fiber optic internet.

OUTSIDE PLAY – 7-8 person HOT TUB (Turkish spa towels provided); smores and stories by the FIRE PIT; (large smores kit provided but please note that community outdoor burn bans regularly occur ); dine on the expansive upper deck while listening to the river & relishing the view; BIRDWATCHING by day (2 child and 2 adult binoculars provided); Play CORN HOLE or BOCCE BALL on large expansive back lawn.Enjoy a family PICNIC by the river at Canoe Park .5 miles from the cabin (2 picnic blankets/basket provided) ; eye spy challenge with daily deer sightings, occasional wild turkeys & bears; Tube the Coosawattee River (bring your own tube/life jacket) or enjoy an all inclusive experience with Cartecay River Experience; Catch & release fishing pond (bring your own pole). Additional neighborhood amenities available: summer camp style neighborhood pools and vintage recreation center with indoor heated pool, tennis courts & small arcade & fitness center. 2 Ammenity cards are provided. Plan a barista competition with coffee machine cold and hot drinks; curl up in the loft and journal thoughts inspired by my nature's expansive views; throw down your skills on the OUTDOOR GAS GRILL.

o The Fireside ~ main level master bedroom king/private ensuite with gas fireplace seating area. This room is warm and welcoming with a modern antler chandelier and log mantle/stone fireplace. Enjoy a custom designed king bed fitted with Casper Select 12" Memory Foam Medium-Firm Mattress + 3” foam topper. Luxury bedding: West Elm, Brooklinen, Serena & Lily. 2 firm pillows. 2 soft pillows. Sink into the oversized soaking tub wrapped in a custom wood envelope and topped with a vintage carved chandelier. Sit or stand in the easy access large open shower. Double sink vanity and loads of charm.

o The Viewpoint ~ 2nd main level master king/private ensuite. Light and airy with a vintage vibe. A perfect place to curl up and read or write in a cozy recliner with a spectacular private view. Firm mattress with Helix plush mattress topper. Luxury Bedding: West Elm, Brooklinen, Standard Textile. 2 firm pillows. 2 soft pillows. Custom tiled tub/shower combo.

o The Treehouse ~ Upstairs custom designed 2 twin log bunk beds + 2 Queen log beds. Enter this magical “camp” wonderland. Original drawings, hand painted furniture and walls. Across the hall is the coordinating bathroom with a hand painted mural and custom created mosaic floor. A delight for kids of all ages. Shower/Tub combo.

o The Foxcroft ~ Downstairs spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds & connected large ensuite. Boho chic with a flare for fun. Sweet Night Memory Foam mattress. 2 firm pillows. 2 soft pillows.

o The main floor powder room ~ A treasure box inspired by William & Morris Strawberry Thief wallpaper decorated with German black forest vintage Cuckoo clocks. Hand painted clock, lighting, and vanity designed to coordinate with wallpaper.

 Paved roads until last ¼ mile where it transitions to smooth gravel. Easy access but must drive slow in resort with older roads and steep drop offs.
