When you first walk into the loft, you'll immediately enter our kitchen and dining area. Here you'll find everything you need to throw together a meal, enjoy take out, or make the perfect cup of coffee. Walk through the kitchen and you'll find our six-top dining table. To the left, you'll have access to our living room, which sits in a gorgeous bank of windows. Here, you'll find a gray sectional, lounge chair, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and access to the back patio.
Ready to call it a night? Retire to your choice of three luxury beds:
(1) Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a closet and an ensuite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bed is a Queen-size pullout in the living room.
Out back, you'll have access to a shared outdoor area.
For all the cyclists out there - Phat Tire Bike Shop is right downstairs, and there is also a bike wash station and a bike maintenance stand. The Trailhead for Bella Vista’s 25-mile 'Tunnel Vision Loop' is only 0.1 miles away and connects with the 22-mile 'Back 40 Loop' and has access to Slaughter Pen features area - all HIGHLY recommended day rides for all skill levels. The Little Sugar Lofts also sits 2 miles away from Sugar Bridge Trail.
At Staggerwing, you’ll love how close you are to hiking and biking trails (2-3 minutes), golf courses (5 minutes) and Downtown Bentonville (15 minutes)! Be sure to ask us about our favorite waterfall hike just down the street as well! It’s a Bella Vista favorite that you won't want to miss.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the apartment reserved, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. Guests will also have access to the shared hallway and ice maker on the 2nd floor as well as the outdoor amenities that are shared with the other guests of the lofts. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Please note that the parking lot in front of the Lofts is shared with a commercial space and parking is not guaranteed.
★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid PRIOR to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team regarding this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

Are excellent accommodation. Would recommend them to anybody staying in the area. We will stay there again when we go back to that area if available. Price was spot on for area convenience of something to eat or just hang out.

Perfect location
MTB paradise starts with a 3rd floor view above a bike shop central to Bentonville bike parks and Back 40 and Little Sugar trails. Beds and pillows firm and very comfortable. Elevator worked well. I would consider staying here again.

Nice place, good location
Overall it's a great place and location, and give it 5 stars. Few little things that could make it even better though:
Add a few throw pillows on the couch. Had to use a back cushion from the couch on the armrest when lying down.
Couch doesn't have much back support. It's one of those short-back ones. So couldn't really just sit back without basically reclining into it. Had to prop up multiple of the "back" couch cushions to sit up on it. I'm 5' 10" for reference.
There are some bike racks in front of the shop, but no stands inside the unit or in the back. So if you want your bike out of view or more secure, can just lean it against the wall or furniture inside I guess, or bring a little stand like I did.

More in the middle of traffic than I thought
It is a great place to stay if your into mountain biking. Its new and kots of space for bikes and gear.
What can be a plus or a negative is that the residences is in a small shopping area in a very busy roadway. An interstate type exit empties in front of the lane that you have to turn into to get in the parking area.
The biggest drawback to the property is the lack of secure parking for your vehicle. The instructions received when I arrived were that I could park in the lot that the residence shares with the local bike shop. There is no guarantee that you will have a spot at the end of the day.
The owners suggest that you might use the parking of s shopping center located acoss the exit ramp that I mentioned earlier. That is unacceptable and dangerous. You are likely to be struck by a speeding car trying to make it off the ramp before the light changes.
Fortunately I never habd to use the overflow pzrking option. If there had been no parking near the residence. I would have kept driving amd dealt with the owners later.
The hot water was a little questionable. After checking fuses. I Callled the help line. While wai
for a response time . I figured out that the hot water works if you leave a couple of faucets near he area that you are needing hot water for.
Set to hot for about 5 minutes before you really need it.
