Warren Beach Rentals is proud to represent Grand Panama Resort 501
This Elegantly remodeled 3 Bedroom is a corner unit on the west end of the gulf front tower with incredible views that defy description and features the largest outdoor living area in the resort. It offers the huge convenience of being on the walkover level from the parking garage to the building. Just walk right across into your condo with no additional elevator.
The unit offers a large Gulf front master with king bed and ensuite bath that spills out onto the spacious outdoor veranda. Views are endless thanks to the floor to ceiling glass.
The living area has direct access to the balcony and views of the beach, sunsets, coastline and crystal clear sparkling water of the gulf from every angle. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are surrounded by windows which bathe the area in natural light. This is exclusive to corner units only. The living area is graced by coastal casual furniture that is functional, elegant and extremely comfortable.
Step into the modern kitchen and you will find everything you need. Included are all small appliances and utensils, new frying pans, coffee maker and four slice toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island or make a full breakfast to enjoy at the separate dining space. There is a NEW, large Smart TV and ample seating making it perfect for movie nights. Step out onto the balcony for dining or simply to relax with sunset cocktails in one of the chairs. The view is AMAZING!
The are two additional Guest rooms. Guest Room one has a Queen bed with ample light and a large window with views of the gulf.
Guest room two also offers a queen bed and city views. For additional sleeping there is also a Bunk Area with two Twin beds- perfect for the kids! A full size sleeper sofa in included in the living area if needed.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Grab your beach towels and chairs and head out to the beach or enjoy the shade at one of the multiple pools just steps away. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking or parasailing are located nearby. Take a break in one of the many restaurants or head to the Village of Grand Panama to do some shopping located on the North side of the resort. Grand Panama also offers a full fitness center and event space which can accommodate up to 120 people. There is something for everyone at Grand Panama 1-501!
Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.
Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00 Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from Memorial Day until the first weekend in August. We also offer monthly rentals in January until Mid March. For stays over 3 weeks, please contact Reservations directly.
