Truvi Verification & Late Check-Out Policy
We require all guests to complete the Truvi verification process. Truvi is a trusted guest-screening platform that verifies identities and provides additional protection throughout your stay.
As part of our policy, guests must choose between the following for damage coverage:
Damage Deposit: A 2% fee of the $500 deposit.
Damage Waiver: $35 per booking for $500 coverage.
Late Check-out Fees:
1.) $150 fee for late check out after 11:00 a.m.
2.) More than 2 hours late, you are responsible to pay that day's rate, with no discounts (Please note that this does not allow you as the guest the authority to stay an extra day only that this is a fee for staying 2 hours over check out.)
3.) You as the guest are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check out.

Equipment: Volleyballs are provided and can be found in shed near the car port. Please return them after use. (All missing items will be charged to you as the guest post check-out)
Footwear: Please wear appropriate footwear—barefoot or sports shoes are recommended.
Cleanliness: Keep the court free from trash. Dispose of any waste in the designated bins.
Noise: While enjoying the game, be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (from 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. )
2. BBQ/Grill Area
Grill Use: Ensure that the grill is cleaned after use.
Safety: Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Make sure all
gas or charcoal is turned off and fully extinguished after cooking.
Permitted Food Types: Feel free to grill meats, vegetables, and other allowed items, but please avoid grilling overly greasy or flammable foods to prevent flare-ups.
Trash Disposal: Clean up any food or drink spills to avoid attracting insects or wildlife.
3. Fire Pit
Firewood: Firewood and fire starters are provided. Please do not use any additional materials or accelerants.
Supervision: Always supervise the fire when lit. Do not leave the fire unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving.
Safety: Keep a safe distance from the fire, and do not throw anything into the flames. Children must be supervised at all times.
Local Regulations: Please check for any fire restrictions or bans before use.
4. Mini Putt Course
Equipment: Putters and golf balls are provided. You can find them in the shed near the car port. Kindly return all equipment after use. (All missing items will be charged to you as the guest post check-out)
Rules: Please follow general mini-golf etiquette—take turns and be respectful of others using the course.
Supervision: Children should be supervised while playing to avoid damage to the course or injury.
Cleanliness: Please keep the course clean and dispose of any trash in the designated bins.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours, which are from [8 p.m. - 8 a.m.].
No parties: Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. This is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
Music: Outdoor music is welcome but should be kept at a reasonable volume and turned off by 8 p.m.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in common areas like the volleyball court, BBQ area, fire pit, and mini putt course.
7. Pets
Pet Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in the volleyball court, mini putt course, or near the BBQ and fire pit areas.
Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash when in other outdoor areas.
Clean Up: Always clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in designated bins.

Designated Spots: Please park only in designated areas and avoid blocking access to other amenities.
Visitor Parking: Guests are welcome but should also use designated parking areas.

1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking. Any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night / per guest.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed: Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine of $300, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. This is strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
6) PETS are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300 / per pet.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
