This fully renovated cozy cottage has been tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home! King bedroom with flat screen TV and a quiet second bedroom with a queen bed. This cottage also includes a washer and dryer, a private patio with BBQ grill. Relax in the shade while watching the water and the sunset from our dock or take out one of our kayaks for an energizing paddle! Check out our photos and video for a full tour. You will want to come back again and again! Minutes from Publix Grocery and HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MOUNT DORA! A 15 minute drive to Kelly Park/Rock Springs, King's Landing and 45 minute ride to ORLANDO Airport and Theme Parks.

Nice getaway spot.

Clean and neat. Well equipped and stocked. Nice to be close to the lake and an easy drive into Mt Dora. It is right off a well traveled county road.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the lake due to flooding of the hurricane. It looked beautiful. Would stay again

Wonderful property and location

Perfect for our stay. Location was great - easy drive to Mt Dora and golf courses. Unit was lovely. So so clean and comfortable. It’s not often we get a good nights sleep when away from home but this bed was great. Lake proximity and views just beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic property, Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Beds are so comfortable that we are now buying new matresses for home. Enjoyed every minute of our time there and cant wait to return.

The owners were lovely. Property was amazing . Dock on Lake. House was excellent, very clean and comfortable. 5 minute drive into town. Can not wait to go back.

Very easy check in, clean, exactly as listed The only reason communication was a 3 is because the confirmation and instructions were sent and that was all - so not good and bad just what was required. Thank you, we will be back

My favorite fishing hole

Nicely renovated lake-front property

This is a nicely renovated lake-front duplex property. House is large enough to have everything you need (the iron and ironing board were appreciated and put to use for a banquet we attended during our stay). Waterfront and use of dock is great for relaxing evenings. Would absolutely return if we are in this area again.

Wonderful Lakehouse!!

My kids and I had the best time staying at Bobbi's lakehouse. The house was so clean and so well appointed. All the special touches were there. My kids had the best time playing on the big mat on the lake and we paddleboarded, kayaked and swam all day. I will definitely be coming back and also recommending Bobbi's place to my friends and family. Thank you!!

I grew up in Florida and fell in love with Mt Dora when we moved to the area in 2014. As a local Realtor, I have a natural love for real estate! My husband is a touring musician, entertainer and pretty much travels for a living. Getting into Vacation rentals was a natural fit for both of us! We love to entertain and make our guests comfortable!

When this property became available in the Spring of 2019, we were immediately intrigued! We live in the area and have looked at homes on this lake for sometime. What an incredible opportunity to share this unique property and the joy of Lake Life with others! On over 2 acres, there is plenty of room to for multiple vacationers to get away.

Who wouldn’t want to stay on a beautiful spring fed private lake just a short drive from downtown Mt Dora!! Better yet, bring your friends and family! With a total of 5 different rentals, we have the ability to sleep up to 30 guests! This is the perfect place for a family reunion, team retreat, or even a small wedding!
