The Greens 127 is 2 BR/2.5 Bath spacious updated townhouse located in Shipyard. Shipyard is a private, gated, resort community located on Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Unit 127 has a king in the primary bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. This property is located in the front section of the complex (closest to the beach). It has a wonderful Shipyard Golf Course view of a par five and easy beach access. The VanderMeer Tennis Center is also nearby. Expansive bike paths extend throughout Shipyard to either entrance (Hwy 278 or Pope Avenue). The large back deck is great for outdoor dining and has a new Weber grill. The deck provides a great view of the green; and is close enough to the beach for island breezes. This unit is a short 5 to 7 Minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from the Sonesta Resort and the Shipyard Beach House. Guests staying at The Greens 127 may also enjoy dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18 or 27 holes available for play. Just outside of the south entrance/exit gate you will find Pope Avenue. Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza offer numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located just off of Pope Avenue.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was incredibly clean and beautiful, just a short walk to the beach with a lovely pool nearby. Shops and restaurants were only a quick drive or bike ride away, which was so convenient.We had a small issue with the air-conditioning, and the team came out at 10:30 pm on a Saturday to fix it right away — such amazing service! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

This property is exactly as described! It was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook in. Great location convenient to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Very clean! We can’t wait to come back!

Owners take great pride in this place
This place is exactly as the pictures appear! Everything was remodeled in the place and met our needs and then some. While our trip was mostly rain, we still had a lovely time as home is walking distance from the beach, there are plenty of biking trails to roam and it is centrally located on the island and close to restaurants and Coligny Plaza. We will definitely stay there again!

We love Shipyard where our last property was located so we were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely remodel unit in The Greens. It’s very close to the Shipyard beach and the Sonesta Resort. Beautiful updates and close to beach
Places was beautifully updated and perfect amount of space for our family of 5 (infant with pack-n-play in our room). We were able to coordinate checkin well since traffic kept us from arriving before 5. We even wanted to stay an extra day, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone after 5:20 (when we got home from beach) until the following morning. Other than that, everything was VERY clean, updated, and very close to the beach access. We would highly recommend this place!

Even though half of not have to carry chairs.It is also a few min bike drive. The only recommendations I have is to replace the couch downsteras in the living room since it smell misty and can irritate people with mold allergies, Ans also parking was not assigned on the last day we had to ask the person who was renting a townhome across the street to move so we can pack the car for departure, otherwise, all was great, spacious, washer Ans drier in the unit and all other appliances where new, Greta rental and we would love to be back soon.

Very satisfied with the condo. The unit has obviously been updated recently and they did a very nice job with their renovations. Kitchen had very nice appliances and was nicely equipped. We have some dietary restrictions so we cook our own meals a high percentage of the time. We found the kitchen had plenty of nice cookware and the needed kitchen gadgets. Main bedroom was very nice and the main bath had obviously been updated. Our only issue was the condition of the patio furniture on the deck facing the golf course . . . it was a mess with bird droppings and a smelly water fountain full of stagnant water. We purchased a bucket and a scrub brush and cleaned the chairs we used. I'm not sure what the solution for the "messy" patio furniture and condition of the patio in general would be -- but it was a mess.

Our family gathering was more than our home could handle. Our daughter and her children 11 and 13 along with my sister-in-law drew the lucky straws to be together in this beautiful townhouse. The oldest of our grandchildren they not only loved the convenience of the beach bu the wonderful amenity of ordering beach gear that really enhanced their beach time. Next year when our renos are done and we can accommodate more family, I think I will still hear about renting this townhome again. Dear friends in the adjoining unit praised the owners of this unit for their tireless effort in a thoughtful, bright remodel. That being said, I laid down the law and gave Mimi directives about respecting others property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! It was such a delight to find the cot in the closet as we brought a blow up bed but forgot the cord!

Great location. Well equipped although another tea towel was needed. Toilets could have been cleaner. 6:30am noise from guys using blower on golf course. Speed bump without side slope caused hubby to fall off his bike. Still in pain and can barely walk after 3 days.
