Fantastic Foothills Condo with Amazing Amenities!

This Fantastic condo is located in the prestigious Foothills development located just off of the famous 76 Strip! We’re nestled in a quiet area with light traffic and very close to everything you want to do in Branson. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo will make you feel right at home with much more space to enjoy your stay. Our full size kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. Kick back and relax a little and enjoy watching your favorite program on tv. Start your day off with coffee on the balcony while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature. Everyone will enjoy the amazing amenities at the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna and a fitness center! When it’s time to rest you’ll sleep well on the king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in tje guest bedroom. Whether you stay for a night or a week, you’ll be glad you stayed with us!

The place was great. In a good location. The only thing is there needs to be more wash clothes and towels so you don’t have to wash everyday.

Great Stopover

We only needed a place to stay overnight and this was excellent. Quiet, clean, restful, and a great location. Had a nice little pool and clubhouse. We would stay here again.

Very nice and roomy stay. Loved the decor and kitchen well stocked. Quiet location off of yellow route but close to anything we wanted to do on main highway. Would stay here again.

Overall a great place

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was seamless. However there was wasps on the back porch we had to spray to get rid of (not a big deal). And unitD18 is upstairs.

Lovely and Roomy

The Condo is very spacious and very nice. Love the balcony. Water pressure is awesome and large bathrooms. The condo is in great spot to be able to route yourself around most traffic. We visit Branson often and plan on staying here again.

Perfect spot

To begin, the owner sent me a very detailed email with all the information I needed about the property. It is in a very convenient location, close to everything!! The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of extra blankets etc. most importantly, to me, it was very clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The complex itself was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Branson Condo

This condo perfectly met our needs in every way. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location near many of the Branson attractions. One thing to note-in the description, it said it was on the ground floor and stairs would not be required for access but there was actually was one flight of stairs that had to be climbed. So this is something to keep in mind if you cannot climb stairs.

Great Condo

We liked the location being close to everything. We loved the quiet. We would stay here again and plan to stay next year in 2025. We only had 1trash bag. We only had 1 washcloth which is not enough. All four of us are over 75 and would appreciate handicap hand rails in the showers. Al and Phyllis Koster

Convenient location to shows and other attractions. Contact was very responsive. Nice condo complex. Basically clean. Rugs need cleaning, sofa and master bed mattress need replacing, showers were just ok.

Great Stay

Fantastic condo in a super convenient location. Just minutes from everything! We only stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Good water pressure. Good indoor pool for the kids. I have no complaints. Note it is on the top floor of the building so there are stairs.
