Welcome to Cora’s Beach Club! A little piece of paradise here on earth in beautiful Seaside Heights. Being kids who spent a good portion of their childhood at the Jersey shore creating some amazing memories, we wanted to provide the same opportunity for our daughter. Now we are offering you and your family a chance to create some of those same wonderful memories!

A stunning, new (2023 built) 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 8 bed, 3.5 bath home located just a short walk to the boardwalk, amusement parks, beach, and steps away from the bay with incredible sunset views. This rental is perfect for families and friends. No large groups or parties including Prom parties/Senior weeks. Must be 27+ years old and up to rent. When inquiring about renting, please provide some details about yourself and the guests.

On the ground level, you will enjoy a privacy fenced-in backyard, covered patio, dining table, outdoor shower, gas grill, and large gas fire pit. The garage has space for 2 tandem-parked cars plus driveway parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway and 1 blocking the driveway). Additional parking is available in open street parking and a general public parking lot just 2 houses away on Bay Blvd.

First floor features a front porch and spacious open floor plan with living room (with extra large sectional couch and 70 inch tv), large dining room, kitchen (with quartz island and top-of-the-line appliances), full bath, and a bedroom with queen bed and twin daybed.

Second floor offers 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with king bed, 70 inch tv, and en suite full bath, highlighted with an outdoor deck overlooking the bay, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom with 1 bunk bed sets. Lastly, a full bath with shower/tub and closet with a washer and dryer stacked combo.

The third-floor den is perfect for entertaining inside and outside. The den also has a twin daybed. This space has a wet bar for entertaining, as well as a half bath. Delight yourselves watching a movie or game on the 70 inch tv, play a round of pool, ping pong or your favorite 80’s arcade game. Outside, the rooftop deck yields magnificent views of ocean sunrises and bayside sunsets, and the Casino Pier Ferris wheel is quite a sight to see all lit up at night!

General amenities offered: Free WiFi, keyless entry, central A/C & heating, coffee and nespresso machine, complimentary toiletries, linens, comforters, blackout curtains and ceiling fans in all bedrooms with Bluetooth speakers and color changing lights, yoga mat, towels (all washed at 140℉), hair dryers, hangers, iron/board, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, vacuums, puzzles, games, cornhole, playing cards, baby gate, stroller and books for adults and kids.

Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day are a minimum of 5 days. Exceptions can be made, please reach out with requests.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Must be 27+ to book. Families and friends vacation only. (Property is not for hosting events or house parties) SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT and ID REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.

9 beach badges are included with the rental and additional ones can be purchased at the beach. Children 11 and under are free to access the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, buggy, umbrellas, and cooler available. All beach gear and badges borrowed from the house must be returned or value will be taken out of as a damage charge.

Pillows, comforters, sheets and bath towels are provided. (Bath towels are not to be used at the beach. Please use the provided beach towels)

**No smoking allowed inside the house, if you smoke outside please be courteous and respectful by discarding cigarettes appropriately. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the Damage deposit.**

***Pets allowed with payment of $250 per pet prior to check in (Max 2 pets). Please inform us that you have a pet after booking, certain dog breeds are not allowed as per our homeowner insurance (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans). Sorry. ***

For guest safety, this house is equipped with three security cameras: a video doorbell located next to the front door, a floodlight camera above the garage door, and another above the backyard patio, all which have the ability to record video and audio.
