This cozy home features three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families or couples looking for a quaint and relaxed getaway.

Nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street, we own all three properties here, providing a peaceful and private experience.

Have a large family or want to vacation with friends? Rent all three of our homes: Beach House, Beach Shack, or Boat House.

Our prime location is perfect for exploring the best of Fort Myers.

We are centrally situated between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, just 6 miles away from both. Cape Coral is also a short 6-mile drive, and the historic downtown district of Fort Myers is only 10 miles away.

You'll love our proximity to a variety of dining options, including seafood restaurants, pizza places, and more local favorites. For those flying in, the airport is conveniently located just 25 minutes away.

Each room in our home is thoughtfully furnished with cozy beach-themed decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We have personally lived in each of these three homes, carefully setting them up as vacation rentals so our guests can fully enjoy their stay.

My son & his children drove from the Florida panhandle came to pick me up in Central Florida and we drove down to Ft Meyers together to be with several other family members who were also staying in other rentals. We had a lovely mini family reunion. I absolutely loved the Beach Shack. It has a very beachy decor and every amenity we needed to have a very comfortable stay.

Spring Break 2025

We stayed at Beach Shack and had a wonderful experience. Very clean and decorated so cute, loved the beach vibes!! Not far of a drive to other beach towns which we did. Beach Shack had everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys. No need to run out for anything everything you need is there. Host responded to questions very promptly. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends to stay here if they visit the area. We will definitely be back if we vacation this area again!!

Adorable Beach Cottage in a Quiet Neighborhood

I really enjoyed my stay at the Beach Shack. The house is adorable, thoughtfully and tastefully laid out with a lovely beach theme. It featured modern appliances and plenty of counter space and the layout itself was spacious with a cozy feel and lots of little welcoming touches. Outdoors, the deck, the porch, and the beach themed bbq area all offered great places to just enjoy peace, privacy and the sounds of nature. I really found it to be a great place to relax. If you're looking to spend some time in SWFL, near the beaches, I highly recommend a stay here.

Best vacation stay so far!

The house was perfectly decorated beach theme. The house was sparkling clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home and had so many details like the guest book log and kids drawing supplies as well as blankets in the living room and beach chairs in the outside shack. Loved everything about our stay. The check in and check out was so easy with the high tech check in/out system. We were so pleasantly surprised to see the community getting back on their feet after the hurricane damages. Best beaches I have ever been too and I am from Cuba and live in Miami so that’s saying something. Bowman’s beach takes my #1 spot for sure.
