Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 3rd floor
Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath at prestigious Grande Villas at World Tour in the English Turn Building. On the 3rd floor with cathedral ceilings and ELEVATOR in the building, this unit is the best of all worlds. Very spacious, Fully furnished with golf course views from the balcony.
Condo is on the third ( top) floor with elevators.

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The condo door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.
There are a pool access card and parking passes in the room.
The swimming pool is in front of building 104 Cypress Point Ct.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean, modern, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and everything was well organized, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well maintained, with beautiful surroundings that made it enjoyable to walk around. The location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This condo was in a safe spot with plenty of room to spread out. Nice balcony for enjoying morning coffee. The bedrooms were spacious. The host was very responsive prior to arrival. Check in and check out were seamless. I would recommend this property to future guests and would definitely stay here again.

The Amazing Spacious Golf View Condo was a pleasure to stay in. Check in was easy, the view was great and the communication was excellent. It was a lovely, comfortable, clean condo. We enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit it again sometime.

The condo was clean. Communication with the host was spot on. She checked on us the night we arrived and after the 1st night. The view is of the practice hole at the golf course, so basically a quiet atmosphere. We were able to just relax. The kitchen was fully functional for our needs. More than 1 person could be in the kitchen at a time. The entire condo was spacious, much larger than we expected. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Great communication with the host before, during and after the check out process. The condo was in a good location, close proximity to the areas where I needed to visit which was a plus. Having an elevator to go back and forth was also heaven sent since the property is located on the 3rd floor.

Upon arrival the condo was dirty. The cleaning crew did not clean it. Host responded quickly and had a cleaning crew come out and change sheets, vacuum, wash floors, wiped down kitchen and bathrooms. It was cleaner. Sheets on one bed did not even fit the mattress. It was too small, but I did not catch this error until cleaning crew left, The condo was a good price, but it needs a facelift and a really good scrub from floor, walls to ceiling. Counter stools are torn up, cob webs on chandelier over kitchen table, floor molding around condo was beyond filthy, dryer filled beyond with lint, all 3 beds had hair on sheets, many walls had splashes of something on them, the list was enlist. Not to mention clothes left by previous guests in bedroom draws and a dirty sock on kitchen stool. Host was great at responding, but I was grossed out because of what was found upon arrival.

First, let me say that Janet was extremely easy to talk to, informative about the area, and responded quickly. Bad points- The pictures are all obviously from a long time ago. The unit was in desperate need of repair and maintenance. There were rips, stains, and dents everywhere. The golf course was out of use, overgrown, and an eye sore. The overall view of the complex was run down. The beds were very hard; the master was like concrete! We had to go buy a 3 inch pad to sleep on and we woke up very sore and stiff; not restful. The couch was not what was shown in the pictures and was so uncomfortable; we had to sit on bed pillows because it was also so hard. I did my research and read all the reviews and looked at all the pictures. None tell the truth of the property. We would not recommend or stay there again. Yes, I contacted Janet immediately. The maintenance man could fix/rig a few things, like the light, but not much. If we could have, we would have gotten a new room at a hotel.Good points- it’s quiet, spacious, and about 10-15 min from main attractions.
