Great location, clean, excellent stay!

This place was perfect! Great location for easy walk to OTR and short drive anywhere else we wanted to go. Garage parking was a plus! The place was clean and well-furnished and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Cincinnati.

Weekend in Cinci

Property exceeded expectations. The host was super friendly and cooperative. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to plenty of things to do. Don't hesitate, just book it.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! We took the kids to the Newport Aquarium and the Children’s Museum and the location of this home was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Wonderful start to finish

If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would. The property was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed, and the location is convenient and quiet. Jenn’s helpful tips and responsiveness made sure we were able to make the most of our family spring break trip to Cincinnati and I hope we’re able to make another visit soon.

Great location to all things Cincinnati!!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and well laid out. Very cozy. The owner was such a great help with giving us ideas from what to see and where to eat. Left beverages and snacks for us as well.

Spacious and comfortable!

This property had everything you could need when staying in cincinnati! It was very cute, well kept and clean ! The host was also very nice and gave me many recommendations for places to go and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone or any group looking to stay in cincinnati, the location was also very convenient as it is very close to over the rhine ! I will definitely be staying here again !

Just book it!

This home is absolutely beautiful with all of the amenities you can think of. The owner was available throughout my entire trip, the neighbors were courteous and we didn’t even leave because we were so comfortable in this home. It is convenient and centrally located, on a quiet street and great for families. Just book it!

Great Stay!

The house was very clean and exactly like the listing. Jennifer was very prompt with communication, sent a list of suggestions for the area, and communicated throughout the stay. We will definitely be booking again when we return to Cincinnati.

We were in town for a weekend and the location was excellent for getting to downtown, Newport, and walking to Washington Park, restaurants, and TQL Stadium. The space was comfortable, clean, and just as pictured

Amazing find in Cincy

The property was very clean and inviting. Check in was quick and easy. Bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. The host provided us with info on food and events in the area. We really ejoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Awesome Time!

Jennifer had everything covered for us so we could focus on an awesome trip! Very nice place and close to everything. Just a few minutes away from the interstate so you can get places quickly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Host and Property

This rental was perfect for our weekend. Property was as described and immaculate. Although we didnt need anything, Jenn was always and touch and I got the sense she would have been more than happy to accomodate (within reason). This was a guys weekend and we all live in Cincinnati. This rental was great for being tourists in our own city. A+++ Jenn

Fabulous downtown location

Our stay in the “Downtowner” was very enjoyable! Jennifer was great with communicating from the time I booked until after check-out, making sure our stay was everything we hoped for. The house was well stocked, very clean and close to many restaurants, bars and an entertainment complex. It’s a perfect place to stay for anyone completing the B-Line bourbon trail!

Best VRBO Experience!

We’ve been using VRBO for vacation homes in some capacity at least annually for the better part of a decade. This was by far the best experience we have ever had.The home was immaculate, exactly as pictured. Our host thought of everything. It is ideally located within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. If it was too far, public transportation handled it for free. If we needed to drive, the property had a two car garage. Perfect.I loved the gym. The downstairs area was ideal to send the kids to without bothering the adults. The kitchen gives a great view of the living space so you can cook and still be part of the action. The beds were comfortable, the neighbors quiet. The street was safe and not busy. Our host contacted us regularly to check in. She provided us invaluable suggestions on things to do and places to go, restaurants and activities alike. She provided everything we could ever need. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect family friendly home

Our family stayed here for the Flying Pig Marathon weekend. It was an easy walk to the expo and start line for race morning. The entire experience here was wonderful with excellent communication and everything exactly as described!
