The basement level is a paradise for entertainment enthusiasts, featuring an expansive 86" TV accompanied by nine reclining sofas and an arcade game. Additionally, a full bathroom with a washer and dryer is conveniently located here. A delightful bunk room is currently being developed to further enhance your stay and add to your enjoyment. Step onto the back deck, where you'll find a rejuvenating hot tub and breathtaking views of the Smokies. We gladly welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs. They must be over 18 months old and vaccinated. $35 per dog per night. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to severe allergies. When making your booking, please provide the age, vaccination status, and breed of each dog, and confirm that there is no history of biting.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
