You want the truth, you can't handle the truth! Kidding here, you will spend as much time as you can on the front and back deck enjoying every moment of this tranquil property. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee, evening cocktail, or a game of corn hole - in any kind of weather, or escape to the soothing hot tub to gaze at those long range mountain views.

The nights will be quite with the wind blowing through the trees. This is a great time for the grill master to cook dinner while the kids play in the warm Jacuzzi. Ready for sleep? Enjoy those foam mattresses while you rest up for the next day hike at Otter Falls right next door.

Parking will not be a problem, feel free to use end of the road if needed. MUST HAVE 4X4 OR CHAIN DURING WINTER WHEN IT SNOWS.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am. No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.

★ INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet & Smart TVs in each bedroom w/ option to log into Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu etc.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided, Nearest grocery LOWES FOODS or Instacart 10mins 4.9miles) Some cooking supplies are left by other guest, enjoy!

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. We also provide start-up supplies of shampoo, soap, conditioner & lotion. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

We have a high chair at the property, please know about baby product liability.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the trash containers within the garage. We have weekly scheduled trash pick ups. Please know that there's $50 charge for any not bagged garbage.


★ HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub for 6 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ SECURITY:
Ring Security Camera at the front entrance (NO Indoor Cameras)

★ PETS: We might allow if requested
House-trained pets might be welcomed; $250 for 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that platforms only charges for one pet so if you bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via resolution center. Must bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control and walk regularly. There will be additional fees if pet damages furniture or carpet.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Wood is available at the gas station. Absolutely no fires inside (e.g. fireworks or any that can cause wildfire). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ REFUNDS:
In an unlikely event of unforeseen circumstance (e.g. weather, natural disaster & etc.) please know that we will not be issuing any refund. Kindly purchase travel insurance for your convenience. We also don't offer refund to circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

★HEAD COUNT
12 adults is the maximum allowed, if no kids are in your group. The full over full bunk beds have a weight limit and only one adult should be in each bed.

★BOOTS
Please know that you cannot wear boots inside on wood floors. Any damage will be guest's responsibility. Kindly put ski boots at the front entry.

★SEVEN DEVILS CHAIN LAW (DURING WINTER)
Please know that the town has a sign posted at the beginning of Seven Devils Road that advises 4WD, chains, or studded snow tires are required when traveling on town roads. Whenever travel by motor vehicles on town streets is hazardous due to snow, ice, or combination of both, the flashing sign shall be clearly illuminated, and the chain law is in effect, requiring: Chains, Snow Tires, Four-wheel Drive/AWD or combination of above. Penalty of $150 will be imposed to those who will violate.

Guest Access:
Guest will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the utility room in the basement.

The Neighborhood:
The Town of Seven Devils is very thought after and quiet. This property is nestled at the end of a gravel road with privacy for you and your guest enjoyment.
Enjoy the deer, sunrise, and amazing Grandfather Mountain view’s year round.

Getting Around:
Getting around to your chosen destinations each day is super easy. Seven Devils is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Vineyards, fishing, hiking trials, and both Sugar/Beech Ski resorts.
This property offers great parking for up to 4 cars and mostly flat.

Other Things to Note:
4x4 or all wheel drive vehicles will be recommended during the winter months. Gravel road leads to the house. Parking of up to 4 cars is no problem, plenty of parking space.
