Check out our tennis or pickle ball on the new courts. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Sorry, no smoking inside is allowed, and no pets.

This rental is not for parties or large groups. Many units are full time owners who enjoy the serenity a boutique condominium provides. Quiet hours are enforced by security.
• Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided .
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
