Best vacation

We stayed for two weeks and were very happy with our stay. The hosts were great in responding to any questions we had and were very accommodating when we asked for anything. House was clean, pool was amazing! Would definitely book again

Stunning Home

Our stay here was amazing. The house was so clean, equipped with anything we needed. And the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I have rented In this area same time for last 11 years this is the best house yet!!!!

Wonderful stay.

Everything about the house was great! Plenty of space for both the adults and kids. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and game room were also great. We loved being able to cook the majority of our meals at the house, as the kitchen was plenty spacious and has wonderful appliances, and there is also nice Weber grill at house for grilling. Highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Amazing stay

Great place for a family vacation. The villa is beautiful and very spacious. On arrival the villa was spotless and was exactly as pictured. Denise and Vince were excellent hosts, great communication throughout and even provided us with a welcome box of snacks and bottled water. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone planning a vacation to Orlando. We hope to return to Solterra Sunny Oasis soon.

Perfect

This was our second stay at Solterra Sunny Oasis. Vince is a pleasure to work with and is super responsive to any questions or concerns. The house is immaculately clean and beautiful! Plenty of space. They provide plenty of essentials to get your vacation started. I will continue to stay here for my girls nationals volleyball tournaments!

Great house, wonderful host

House was clean and everything we needed was there. Vince was always easy to reach and addressed everything quickly. Scott was awesome and very friendly and kept our pool clean. We will stay in this house or any other house that Vince owns.

Fabulous

The villa was fabulous - clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and amazing attention to detail. We didn’t have any small kids but the kids’ pizza/playroom under the stairs was so cute ❤️ and my bigger ‘kids’ loved the Star Wars lounge and the Games Room. We loved the pool and spa and just the whole relaxing vibe. Vince and Denise provided first class customer service - pre and during the holiday. We loved the little extra touches, such as the little food welcome pack, pool towels, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Villa and location

This villa is spacious and very well-equipped. My family of 8 was able to spread out very comfortably. on the upper floor, there is a flex space and four bedrooms.2 further master bedrooms are located downstairs. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The villa is located within a gated community, and security was always out on patrol. The games room has loads to keep everyone amused. Theme parks located 20-40 minutes away by car. Ideal accommodation which I would not hestitate to book in the future. The owner, Vincent was always on hand to answer any questions I had and I felt very confident that our stay was the most important thing to him.

Great property as listed. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. The house felt light and bright. Vince kept in touch and was very prompt in coming back to us and even thoughtfully told us about a launch from Kennedy. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa.

Amazing

Sunny Oasis at Solterra was amazing. The house was immaculately clean and offered all the amenities you could ask for. The pool area was perfect as well. Vince was so easy to community with. He was responsive and determined to ensure our stay was perfect. They even offer a very nice app for your phone that give you any and all information you need for an amazing get away. You won’t go wrong spending your vacation here!

Perfect Holiday Rental

We have just spent two weeks at Solterra Sunny Oasis which was a stunning villa with more than enough space for six adults and three children (plus an extra adult and child for one night). The location was great, not too far from the resort facilities, with a south facing garden, great pool and backing on to fields, with a bbq which we used most nights. The games room was great fun for both the children and adults. The villa was tastefully decorated with two themed bedrooms for the children and a great lounging area for them upstairs, well away from the adults! Vince couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt in replying to any queries we had and I absolutely recommend staying here, whether visiting the Disney parks (close by) or just chilling. The Solterra resort was also loved by the children for its lazy river and water slide. Highly recommend

Solterra Sunny Oasis is perfect!

Two king bedrooms on first floor were perfect for our seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is included. Two spacious living areas to spread out. Nice game room for kids and kids at heart. Recommend pool and spa heat in winter months so you can enjoy the outdoor area to its fullest. Great communication with owners and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Solterra Sunny Oasis

Our stay here was fabulous! The space was perfect for our entire family. The boys loved the star wars themed loft where they could play games and watch their own shows. The furniture was comfortable and thought through with large tables and plenty of seating. The kitchen island was great and the pantry was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The snack bowl on the island was a nice touch! We also spent a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor space was complete with furniture, a table, and an outdoor TV! We will definitely be back!

5 Stars!!!

The communication from Vincent prior to booking was exceptional and he was so quick to answer all questions we had,.When we arrived at the property late in the evening and found a caddy of snacks and bottled water… this was such a delightful surprise after hours of traveling. The house is beautiful, very clean, and had a nice relaxed feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable and kids loved the two themed bedrooms. There were so many extra touches that were greatly appreciated, hand soaps at all sinks, starter supply of detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs… they really went the extra mile to accommodate their guests. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return back.

A Dream Get Away

We traveled with friends and the house was MORE than enough space for 7 children and 3 adults! We all had comfortable places to sleep and hang out! No one in our crew was interested or ready to leave when it was time to go ... The house was equipped for all of our needs (and then some). While we never connected with Vince ourselves, our friend did on our behalf. He was so responsive that we began to call him HER friend ... Vince clearly went above and beyond to make things work for us. We strongly recommend the pool heat. It made things so much more fun for the kids (so that even when the weather was cooler, the pooler was plenty warm enough to play in). We will recommend.

Beautiful home with an amazing host!

Our week at the Sunny Oasis was shared with family friends. The home was more spacious than we expected, providing so many spaces to play or relax for our group of 10! Not only was it spacious but the home had so many unique touches from statement light fixtures and walls to humorous Star Wars themed bathroom. These details added to our enjoyment of our home away from home for the week! Best of all, the home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked with towels and blankets. Highlights of the home were the game room for the kids, and the backyard pool and hot tub that included a lounge area where we enjoyed watching a Michigan win on the outdoor TV. One piece that you might not see from the pictures is that the backyard holds privacy with an open field where at times we saw cows or cranes and also beautiful sunsets! We prepared most meals at the home and Vince was amazing in stocking the home with a crockpot and griddle per my inquiry if the home had one! The pantry allowed for all the food to have a "home" as well. If we could we would give Vince 10 stars for his quick responses and hospitality! The app provided includes all you might wonder about and we found ourselves using it often even for restaurant ideas. Thanks, Vince for an incredible week at your property! We loved it!

The owners, Denise and Vince, have been coming to Orlando regularly for the last 25 years and recently (January 2023) decided to purchase this property as our home away from home. We have amazing memories of the area and all it has to offer. Our three boys have been vacationing to the area since before they could walk and still love the area. We would like to share this property with others and will treat all guests as friends. We want to do everything in our power to make sure your family vacation is magical and will be able to share our knowledge of the theme parks and other activities that Central Florida has to offer. We know how hard you work to give your family the best vacation possible and how stressful it can be to plan a trip to the area. We recently decided to leave our management company because we have very high standards regarding how our new friends experience our home. We want to hear directly from them how we can make not only this trip more enjoyable, but how we can improve the home for their next stay with us.
