Situated in Amsterdam Oost you will find our spacious & luxurious family apartment on the 3rd & 4th floor. The apartment has all the comfort you need and public transport to the city centre is right around the corner. If you decide to stay a day in the beautiful part of Amsterdam Oost you will find great restaurants, shops and the famous city zoo Artis. This apartment is ONLY available for families. Bookings otherwise will be canceled.

Fanastic Stay In Amsterdam

This apartment was fantastic! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The neighborhood had plenty to offer in terms of food, shops, and a couple of short blocks to the tram. This gave us easy access to getting around the city while letting us stay in a less touristy area that was fun to explore. Justin is a fantastic host—he made sure we were comfortable with everything we need, and was easy to reach with any questions or issues. We can’t wait for our next trip, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderfully Amsterdam - Embrace City Life!!

If you’re looking to dive into life as an Amsterdam resident, look no further! This lovely 2-story apartment on the top two floors of the building was an awesome place for my family to stay during our week in Amsterdam! Justin made check-in a breeze, even accommodating an early check-in with our early arrival flight. The neighborhood has groceries nearby and plenty of amazing restaurants (for us adults) and parks (for the little). The nearby tram made navigating the city easy. All in all this was an awesome place to stay, and I will definitely return with our family when we get a chance!

Nice stay in Amsterdam

Beautiful apartment. Nice location and easy access to trams to get to the city. Nice and spacious inside. Big staircases to get in, but then all was great including the rooftop patio which was a great spot to sit and have breakfast.

Perfect Amsterdam stay

Characterful flat in a typical house with steep stairs but great views. Easy to get into the centre and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Recommended!

Great home in great location

This home provided lots of space and is in a great location. There were a few food marts and many restaurants nearby to choose from. The tram stop is a short walk away. Justin was easy to communicate with and gave great tips for our stay in Amsterdam.

Authentic and Lovely Home

A very authentic and attractive Amsterdam apartment that provided a satisfying sense of neighborhood life. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Convenient to public transportation and neighborhood amenities. Justin was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions.

Comfortable apartment in lovely area

Spacious and comfortable, with good range of shops, restaurant and transport links nearby. You need to get a tram and metro to get to the Central Stration but it's really simple and quick. Great location, feels like the real Amsterdam. Stairs are very very steep

Great stay in Amsterdam

Was a great stay and great flat. Location was good about 45 min walk to downtown but nice eclectic area around the apartment. Was nice to have sleeping area and living quarters in separate spaces. Only trouble was getting up and down stairs (with luggage only) outside of that perfect! Lastly, communication with Host was great through app and WhatsApp! Thanks again!

Fantastic stay in Amsterdam

Fantastic, spacious apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. The flat is very clean and stylish, with everything you might need. We liked having two floors to spread out on, plus the rooftop deck. The stairs to access the apartment are quite steep, so be aware of that. There's convenient acess to public transport, but we rented bikes at a shop around the corner and that was even better. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, really fantastic location.

Great place to stay in a great neighbourhood

The entrance stairs are steep but a great apartment awaits at the top of the stairs. The host answered our questions immediately ... he's very friendly and accomodating. Our kids loved the place - it's in a great neighbourhood and it's super easy to hop on the tram to get to anywhere quickly in Amsterdam. We've recommended friends to stay here when they visited and they lived it too. In summary, this is a great apartment in a great city. We hope you enjoy it too!

Super stay

We spent a lovely 3 days in Justin's apartment in Amsterdam. It was in a lovely area, convenient for trams to get into central Amsterdam with nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Justin was great at providing information about access to the apartment (all done via an app) and checking all was ok once we were there. The stairs into the apartment are very steep (typical for Dutch houses) but you get used to them!

Lovely property in a fantastic part of Amsterdam

We were delighted when we entered the property, it had a lovely design aesthetic, the roof garden was the perfect place to have breakfast and there was even a record player for the vinyl obsessives. The area was also a revelation, great transport links and a really nice vibe as well as fun restaurants. I almost regretted the amount of time we spent in the centre of Amsterdam as I felt I only scratched the surface of Oost. A couple of things to be careful of, the stairs up to the property are quite steep and the wet room takes a bit of getting used to, but overall we had an amazing holiday which was in no small part down to where we stayed.

Wonderful family apartment in vibrant neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time staying in Justin's apartment. The location is convenient - a short train ride from Amsterdam Central Station or the airport - with regular trams to the city center, and walkable to grocery stores, an excellent butcher, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 3 (parents and 7-year old) - we loved having breakfast on the roof deck and enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen or getting takeout from one of the many close-by restaurants. Justin was an excellent, communicative host who was available for questions and recommendations as needed. We would definitely stay in this apartment again! Thank you!

Nice stay, exemplary host

Fabulous stay. Justin was amazingly kind, communicative, and considerate. I could tell he really cared about making sure we were all taken care of. The layout of the place beautiful. There is a gorgeous rooftop deck on top of the building. 1.5 baths was great. Laundry and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable too. It is an upper level residence so you should be aware that you will have to go up to the 3rd level via indoor Dutch stairs (the typical ones in Amsterdam houses). Neighborhood was fun with lots of nice restaurants and parks nearby. There is a tram stop nearby (Hogeweg) for connecting to other places.

"Being" in Amsterdam

The apartment was lovely, particularly the floor with the kitchen, dining and living space. The views from these rooms are inspiring. The kitchen is well-equipped and the appliances a pleasure to use. The location of this apartment provided my friend and I an opportunity to experience a vibrant neighbourhood and its people. It was a short stay for us (four nights) and we could have easily enjoyed walking strictly around the immediate area, discovering the architecture, culture and life. We did venture to central Amsterdam via the easily accessible metro. It was wonderful. My friend did a memorable day trip north to Den Helder, using the train. It was my first time staying in an apartment that had such steeps stairs - they are steep and hauling up heavy luggage is a challenge. The apartment warrants the effort but for safety reasons I don't think can be overstated.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben einen Familienausflug mit 3 Teenager nach Amsterdam gemacht. Die Wohnung war dabei ein super Ausgangspunkt. Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür, die Kpche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Den Teenagern hat der Plattenspieler besonders gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Phenomenal stay

We absolutely loved our stay there! The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The place was very clean and conveniently located close to the tram. The stairs are typical of Amsterdam—tall and narrow—so they might be a bit challenging for kids or anyone not used to such staircases, especially those who are aging. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m so sad to leave. The rooftop garden is a beautiful spot to relax. While there’s no AC, we enjoyed good weather and didn’t find it to be an issue.
