The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.

The name of this home is Sunkissed for good reason! With 5 bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, two living rooms and a game room, there’s plenty of space for family and friends to spread out! There are 55 windows to enjoy the Ocean and Folly River views, in addition to 3 decks. There's a private boardwalk to the beach and a large middle yard that's shared with Seascape, located at 1677B.

This home has a reversed floor plan to take advantage of the best views from the great room, dining room and kitchen.

The first floor has a living room, kitchenette, along with a game room and access to a covered porch with stairs leading down to the yard and beach boardwalk. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed with private bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds, and they share a bath. Every room has a flat-screen TV. The game room has a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, foosball table and it leads to the ocean facing deck on the side of the home.

The second floor has the full kitchen that includes everything you need to cook large family meals, including a gas-range and seating for the whole family. This open floor plan is great for gathering loved ones, with the kitchen flowing into the living area and fantastic views all around. There’s plenty of comfortable seating to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or sightseeing downtown. On this floor, there’s also another primary bedroom with a king size bed and TWO full baths!

The top floor of this home has a wet-bar area and access to the roof top deck. Corn-hole boards are provided for some friendly competition while enjoying panoramic views of Folly Beach, Morris Island Lighthouse, Sullivan's Island lighthouse and the Cooper River Bridge in Charleston. The sunsets and sunrises that can be enjoyed from here are gorgeous and second to none!

Please note that this home shares a double lot with a private residence (Seascape -1677B) located between this home and the beach, yet still has wonderful 360-degree views. Just steps from the ocean, this beach side home has its own private boardwalk and walkover to the beach and a private driveway that leads to each house for separate parking.

If you have a large group, you can also rent the sister property (Seascape) that is next door and is situated oceanfront. You will then have 9 bedrooms, 8 full baths and 2 half baths. You can sleep 22 for your family reunion!
