My husband and I stayed for 5 days. It was clean, walkable to beach, restaurants, shops and the concert venue. It was a great location. The host was great and responsive. When we arrived the master bed was damaged. They fixed it as soon as we let them know it was broken. The condo was a little dated and didn't really feel very homey. I thought it was a little pricey for what we got we return.

I’ll start with the Pros. The Majestic sun is in a great location to the beach. The view from the room was wonderful. Cons The unit had a very bad musty smell as soon as you open the door. Definitely could use a dehumidifier. The living room couch is completely uncomfortable. Could not imagine a larger family trying to sit at it. It was just 3 of us. The outdoor patio furniture is uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress should have been replaced 10 years ago. The unit is right next to elevators and trash shoot…constant noise. The entire condo is in need of a major update and make over. I would stay at majestic sun again. Just not this unit.

Simple, clean, and comfortable

We enjoyed our shorter stay in 509A. Condo was clean, King bed was comfortable, great oceanview. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds. Furniture and decorations was simple. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies as well as two towels per guest. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.

The location of this condo is great, but the unit itself is heavily outdated and needs a major upgrade. It looks like the listing pictures were taken a long time ago, as the current wear and tear does not match the photos online.Furthermore, the building amenities have very inconvenient and frustrating rules. While the pool stays open until 10:00 PM, the pool restrooms are locked up early at 8:30 PM, leaving swimmers stranded. To make matters worse, there is no place to wash your sandy feet when coming back from the beach before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM. Managing beach sand and restroom breaks here was a constant hassle. I would not stay here again.
