Welcome to University Pines Studio, the perfect place to stay! With a "BRAND NEW QUIET SPLIT A/C and HEATED UNIT" Located in a quiet neighborhood situated in the heart of Sarasota off of University Parkway, it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores, and has a beautiful park just a half mile away. It is minutes away from Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach which is voted the #1 beach in the U.S. year after year, 4 miles from the SRQ airport., and is near the UTC Mall, local shopping centers, and Nathan Benderson Park.
This studio has everything you need, a private entrance fenced on the left side of our house, a free parking space in the driveway, a nice backyard with a seating area to help you relax during your stay, and more! Our kitchenette includes commodities such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, glassware, mugs, and more! The bedroom has a TV with high-speed wireless internet (no cable), a Wall A/C unit with a heater, a Queen size bed, and a full-size closet with room to hang clothes on provided hangers. The studio also has a steamer and a dining area with a table and two chairs. The studio has a bright bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh new towels. Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, soap in the shower, and water bottles in the fridge, along with the provided coffee, tea bags, and sugar.

One nighter !

We were at at wedding at Lakewood Ranch country club and did not want to drive an hour home late at night . Our stay was short and sweet but very comfortable ! Good location ! We will be back !

Clean and close to everything

This is a studio with a kitchenette. Unit is very clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Location is close to shopping and dining and neighborhood feels safe. Would definitely stay her again.

A very convenient, comfortable, and clean private room if you're staying in Lakewood Ranch. The landlord is very helpful as well and easy to communicate with!

Perfect little stay

We were in town for a conference and just needed a place to sleep. This did that, plus went over and above. It is cute, cozy, in a great location, and I DARE you to find one speck of dust!! We would 100% stay here again when in the area.

SUPER clean, super cute!

Perfect place to sleep and shower. Felt private and safe. Looked newly renovated, comfy and, most importantly, VERY CLEAN. Would highly recommend. Host was delightful.

Everything was exactly what we needed. Clean cozy room with kitchenette stocked nicely and nice bathroom. The mattress was a little hard for my husband but I slept fine. We definitely would stay again if we’re in the area! Property manager was very responsive and helpful to accommodate our additional needs.

Charming little place!

This place is great. Great location. Charming, great decor, **very clean** and with all the amenities that one might need. Comfortable bed, kitchen cupboards are well stocked from dishes & cups to electric kettle, toaster, etc (no stove plate but has everything else, even ice trays!). Strong wall air conditioning unit (to supplement the central AC). Overall, a great experience. The host was very quick to answer questions or respond to any requests, including extra towels. Pool towels were provided. The only downside was the very low water pressure in the shower, which was due to the type of shower head (since the sinks work fine and have good pressure). This was communicated to the host who said will fix it.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. We love the location and convince of a quiet neighborhood off university road. We also appreciate the updated amenities and the bed topper is a huge plus for us!

It is a lovely little room—quiet neighborhood and centrally located. During the summer, the A/C is not going to cool off the room and will run all day and night. The temp will not be sweltering, but it will not get cold in the room. The kitchenette has no hot plate but does have a microwave—pleasant stay for what I needed.

Host was very responsive and polite. A/C wasn't cooling enough and she immediately arranged for a floor unit to be set up. Comfortable arrangements and private. Strange cooking/food smell at 4am and again the following day. This was my 2nd stay. Didn't encounter either issue the 1st time.

Very nice and safe neighborhood. The room is extremely clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Only thing that I found as an issue and that may be just my issue is sugar was provided for coffee, but some of us cannot use sugar because we have diabetic issues and we need Stevia or a similar product. So after making the coffee, I realized my husband could drink it, but I could not because I didn’t have a sweetner I could use. Sugar is not an option for me. Other than this, everything was wonderful.

Perfect for My Visit

I was in town to see family. This was the perfect place to lay my head each night. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a cute little patio as well. If I come back to town, I will definitely be staying here again.

Even better than the pictures

I arrived at this unit at night, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was motion lighting the entire way to the door. Another nice surprise was that there was water in the fridge for me. It was clean and well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood.I also enjoyed the cozy little courtyard that was just for me. It was nice to sit out in the Florida sunshine.If I ever need to use a Verbo in Sarasota again, I would definitely use that one.

Aside from the bed mattress being a little too hard for my taste (Lol), The property was quaint, clean, safe, and easy to find. Edith was easy to communicate with and always responded immediately. Definitely a great spot for a quick get-away.

I stayed at the little studio while getting my father acclimated in his new assisted living facility in Sarasota. Very long & emotionality packed days & nights. The spot was really all I needed & super close to my Dad, shopping & the airport.

This apartment is attached to a house. Very nice neighborhood. Very close to the airport. The apartment itself had nicely chosen furnishings. Well done. The only negative is you could smell when the homeowner was cooking. I would stay again for a quick trip.
