Our cleaning team conducts thorough inspections before each guest's arrival. If there were any concerns upon your check-in, we encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can address them promptly. Regarding the trash, guests are supposed to take out the bins on designated days, especially during longer stays. Unfortunately, this was not followed during your stay, which contributed to the condition of the home upon your departure. We also noted damages and attempted to reach you about this. We appreciate your comments about the mattress and will look into it further, as guest comfort is a priority for us.
