Welcome to Seaside 48. This spacious beach house with 5 bedrooms, all with attached ensuites. Located 3rd row from the Atlantic Ocean and a one-minute walk to the beach. Private swimming pool for sunning and swimming. Traditional Southern Porch for mingling, grilling and dining. Enjoy the porch with garden views in the morning with a cup of coffee, or at cocktail hour by evening. Stroll the beach in the early morning hours within minutes. Cool off in the private pool after a long day at the beach. Cook out on the traditional Southern Porch with the BULL BBQ. Walk or bike to downtown Coligny Plaza within a few minutes to enjoy shopping, bars, restaurants and happy hour. Bike and explore the island with the bike and walking paths located out front of the home. Nearby world renown golf courses and more. Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island and the Low Country have to offer.

All 5 bedrooms have attached ensuites providing convenience and privacy. Most bedrooms also have their own workspace and Smart Roku TVs. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, glass wares, spices and more. There are 2 refrigerators one in kitchen another off the kitchen in the laundry space. The porch has a BULL BBQ with two refrigerators. The outside porch also has a Smart Roku TV. Access the private swimming pool off of the Carolina porch with 4 lounge chairs for sunning. There are multiple seating areas on the Carolina porch for dining and socializing.

Seaside 48 is a beach house built on stilts. A staircase invites your entrance into the home. There are additional staircases inside of the home leading to 3 of the bedrooms. Parking is free on the property and can hold up to 6 cars. There is also a garage for parking. Parking on the street or grassy areas is not permitted by city ordinance.

Welcome to Hilton Head Island and be our guest. This home is a perfect fit for a family or friends for a vacation. Each room has something unique to offer and the home has been updated and upgraded throughout. Located on North Forest Beach Drive, this home is a beautiful example of the low country living. Half mile to Downtown Coligny Plaza and all the excitement of the shops and restaurants, but far enough away to give your party the privacy you need. In a word- Wonderful!

Fabulous!

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed! It was clean! Easy walk to the beach. Easy to pull a wagon over the sand. There were no stairs to get to the beach and we could store our beach stuff in the garage on the lower level. Not handicapped accessible. The house has stairs. They provided extra beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon! Two refrigerators in the house and two small ones on the porch. Pool was very nice! Parking is good for three cars. More than that would be a challenge. Every bedroom had a bathroom, a great amenity!!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head

We enjoyed the house being so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza with the shops and Restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The covered porches with fans allowed us to be outside but still comfortable out of the sun. The pool was so refreshing after being in the sun. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay here and we’ll definitely be back again.

Amazing beach house!

There is no other word to describe this beach house than amazing. The house is extremely clean and spacious for a large crowd. The kitchen came fully stocked with any and everything you may need. The outside pool is a nice touch. The outside BBQ made it a breeze to cook dinner. The location of this property is perfect. Either a very short drive or walk to coligny plaza with multiple restaurants and shops. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our family have been vacationing at Hilton head for several years and this is by far the best house we have rented. We will definitely be coming back!

Our favorite vacation home 🏡

Our group had 8 people this year, we take a family vacation every year to a new place and so far this was our favorite home! Location was great. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach. It’s close enough to walk down to the local restaurants and shops and there is a really pretty walking path across the street. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. So nice that every room had its own bathroom too. The porch is dreamy, makes you want to stay there forever. Pool is perfect size for the kids to play in. We loved this house!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

North Forest Beach is a unique beach neighborhood with a variety of different styled private homes and residences. It has a small-town feel. It also offers residences direct access to the beach without public parking access. There is no parking on the street. Off season you can feel as though you have the beach to yourself. The beach and ocean can be accessed around the corner, a one-minute walk. Amazingly, the first original grocery store on the Island, "Piggly Wiggly" is located downtown in Coligny Plaza about a 1/2 mile down the street. Walking and bike trails are right outside of our front door. The Atlantic Ocean is our backyard and long walks along the coastline can be quite refreshing. Many ride their bikes along the ocean on the beach on the beach. Watching the wildlife of birds, turtles and dolphins brings joy to this slice of paradise.

Location like no other! North Forest Beach is a unique beach community with close proximity to the ocean and beach. Less than 1 minute walk. I like the location, neighborhood and close proximity to downtown Coligny Plaza with restaurants, bars and shopping. The bike and walking paths make navigating travel throughout the area easy.

Our large traditional Southern Carolina Porch is amazing to BBQ, dine, host guests, enjoy cocktail hour or and sip on your morning coffee. The private pool is refreshing to cool off in after a long day at the beach. It is such a convenient location to the ocean, beach, restaurants and shopping, a sliver of the Low Country and truly a comfortable place to visit and stay a while.
