Beautiful place close to beach access. The only thing I dont like is having to pay a high price for the cleaning fee and the place was not very clean. There was lots of sand on the floor and the microwave was dirty. Other than that the place was very nice.

Great location but dated

Cute house, but dated. Could definitely use some bathroom updates. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The kitchen had very few pots and pans and utensils. All that said the location was perfect and the kids loved the community pool!

Great location, needs a little TLC

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach. The house décor was very beachy and welcoming. We liked the front porch, quick access to the pool, and the garage space. We did enjoy our stay; however, if they could address a few things, this place could be a gem. The whole house needed a deep clean, squeaky doors, a loud dryer, and missing remote controls for 2 of the TVs. The TV in the twin bedroom had no remote and we had to manually adjust the volume. The TV in the king size room was older and could not stream and there was no cable.

Kitchen supplies could use attention.

There were very little kitchen supplies. Only two pans that may have been the cheapest pans I’ve ever seen. Very little kitchen utensils but we made do. The kitchen is very small so if you plan on cooking plan on only one person being in the kitchen. There’s no closet in the master bedroom and nowhere to hang your towels. It was an okay place to stay but I won’t stay there again.

My family absolutely loved our stay here. I was nervous not being right on the beach as usually we pick something beach front and it ended up not being an issue at all! It was a very easy and safe walk to the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again and again if we could. The home had everything we needed. The only downfall to the property was cleanliness. It overall was decent and no major complaints but my daughters went on the back balcony the day we arrived and there was cigarette butts on the floor of the balcony and a styrofoamCup. We also had a random McDonald’s bag with old food in it sitting behind a flower planter in the drive. My daughter alsoDropped a toy under one of the beds and we had to lay on the floor to look under and get it and it was dirty under the beds. We did not feel like it was really messy just small things here and there. The swimming pool was extremely clean. It could not have been a better area for swimming with kids. Bathrooms right with it and so many chairs. The water temperature of the pool was also perfect. Normally my family is not huge with pool swimming other than the kids and we all ended upBeing in the pool almost everyday . My husband even went and bought goggles and divers to swim with the kids! We hope to be able to stay again next year if the calendar of avalibility opens. :)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars. With a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience.When we arrived, the showers and floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen also needed more mixing bowls and food storage containers. We chose not to use the grill because it appeared unclean. The living room TV worked, but a fuzzy line at the top and a flashing spot in the middle made it difficult to watch.The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable for me. I have spondylitis, and it aggravated my back pain enough that I slept on the couch for the last few nights. We also noticed a mold and mildew odor in the washing machine’s detergent drawer before we used it.There was some confusion about checkout. I was told at check-in to call the morning of departure to request a one-hour extension, but when I called, I was told it wasn’t possible because new guests were arriving. I understand that, but it would have been better to know upfront.Overall, we still had a good stay and hope these suggestions help improve the experience for future guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When it comes to the price of this rental, when you consider the location and proximity to the beach, it was outstanding. The home was nice and in good condition. It’s not as updated as some other options but is on par with what I think you can spect for the price point. So no negative points there. Only issue for me was the kitchen was not as equipped for cooking (pans/utensils) as I wished it had been. Again. Not serious enough for me to hold it against them in a review.
