The home was great. Well stocked kitchen and very roomy inside. Close walk to the beach. And of course, the kids loved the pool and the adults, the hot tub! My only recommendation would be to have at least 2 towels and wash cloths per person for the week, not 1. That made for extra laundering during the week. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Best Family Vacation

The pictures don’t do justice. The house is beautifully decorated, elegant yet cozy. There were 9 of us and we never felt crowded. Between the hot tub, pool, ping pong and games, we were never bored. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach itself was nice. And best of all was the host. Very accommodating, answered every question within minutes. She is an absolute sweetheart! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Yearly Mother's weekend

We have been coming to MB for 15 years, all mothers ages 45-56. We loved this house and all the amenities. It was as described and clean. The communication before check in, during our stay, and check out was superb. Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation home

The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculate and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. We paid a bit more to have the pool heated and it was so worth it.The location is good. We had a great time and hated to leave. I'm a senior citizen and I enjoyed the hot tub so much. I had a little difficulty getting in and I could have used a handrail.The owner was great to work with and it all went smoothly.I would definitely give this a rental a 10 Sheila

Clean and Modern!

Lovely setup for all ages. This was a girls trip for us and we all felt like we had plenty of our own space when needed and still good sized gathering groups when together. Pool and deck was clean. Hot tub and firepits were a great bonus. Beach was only a short walk away.

Resort within a home

My family stayed during the Labor day weekend and it was a surprise for my wife so nobody knew what the place looked like except for me and I was told over and over how awesome this place was...the private pool/hotub was the clear winner...so much space...we had 7 adults and 1 toddler...Susan was amazing! There is no doubt in my mind that we are returning to Strand Oasis!

House was easy walk to the beach and central to stores and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. House was beautiful, modern and spacious with a great pool and hot tub perfect for lounging and relaxing which we did!

Sunday school trip

Took a Sunday class to the beach for weekend retreat. Had a great time. The house was fantastic and just perfect for our group. The heated pool and hot tub along with the short walk to the beach fit our needs perfectly. Would recommend staying here.

Close to beach

We stayed a week at Strand Oasis and couldn’t be happier. This property is within a 5 minute walk to the beach. House is clean and owner is easy to contact. Family loved the ping pong table and pool. Would definitely book again.

Everything was GREAT! Strand Oasis was a Gorgeous Luxury Beach House w/ Private Pool and Hot Tub! Also the outside living was wonder too. Everything was Wonderful. It was Clean and close to Beach. Pool was heated on our request and it was just right for us.

Wonderful property, plenty of space for everyone

Property was well described, actually was better than we expected. Very spacious, enough space for everyone, really nice layout. Kitchen has everything you need. We used quite a lot, even the double oven! Place was very clean. Neighborhood was quite and clean, nice tree shadows great for afternoon walks. Beach is a block away, less than 5 min walk. Owners were quite responsive. We will definitely recommend.

Great house and location

Couldn’t not have asked for a better house for a family vacation. The pool size was great for us. Breezeway with seating area and tv were used a ton since you felt like you were still involved with people in the pool area due to how they were close to each other. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for family dinners for 10. The owner gave us some suggestions for dinner and things to do. Walk to the beach was easy even with a toddler and baby. We will definitely stay again!

family beach vacation

We were very pleased with house! It was clean & beautiful! Susan was very easy to get ahold of & easy to work with! the pool & hot tub were wonderful & having the large TV with couches underneath off from the pool worked so good for our granddaughter who could take a nap or cool off when needed. The “In Law” suite worked great for our daughter, SIL, & granddaughter. The only thing i wish they had was a clock on the main floor , other than that, everything was perfect!

Favorite place in Myrtle!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and perfect for the amount of people we had! One of the best places we have ever stayed at and will definitely be a returning vacation spot. The only thing I will mention is that the in law suite is only accessible from the outside (no access from inside the main house), which was not a problem for us because we had adults stay there. If you were using it for kids, that could be an issue. It was a lovely large extra room that was perfect for my family! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. Definitely 10/10 for us!

Nice place but.....

The place was very clean and conviently located to the beach. We had a nice time except for 2 things: the furniture in the kitchen and family room are well used and very uncomfortable. The second issue we had was that we had odd conversations that made us think we were being watched by the owner, on the security camera that is located in the breezeway. We also found a camera outside by the pool area. For example, we were asked if we put the breezeway furniture back in its original location. After we checked out we were asked if we took the neighborhood cat. The landlord mentioned to us that the pool cleaning lady apparently said we told her we were going to take a cat with us from the neighborhood upon our departure. These conversations left us very uneasy. As a result of this, we would not recommend this rental.

Okay stay

We were so excited for this place after reading reviews but in person the house is a bit different. Not that we expected a lot from the house but we did expect something’s to work or be in order. The pool lights weren’t working and the owner mentioned she would get back to us as to if they can be fixed or not and she didn’t. The hot water consistently didn’t work for us each day. It seemed to work every once and a while. For a house to have to be cleaned weekly for new families coming in, it was not clean at all. Dust and dirty floors, we saw a huge bug underneath a few of the beds and it looked like it’s been there for a while. The grill also didn’t work for us. Location was perfect though and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. It was an okay stay, probably wouldn’t stay again but we did enjoy our stay here.

Family vacation

Loved loved everything about the house and the hostess (Susan) was above a beyond the best. We made so many memories ♥️the heated pool was a big hit for all of us. Our 5 an 9 year old was in it all day every day. Even warm enough for the 7 month old baby to enjoy it. There was 10 of us. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked. Will definitely rent again ♥️also lots of pool toys😃very quiet neighborhood.
