Availability will be 04/23 through 11/30 for 2023/2024 - two week minimum per association rules; 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with full bed in one bedroom that folds up to be a desk, queen bed in master (with an en suite), queen pullout and single bed pullout in living room; TVs in living room and each bedroom; includes wi-fi, cable, electric, and golf cart; there is an air fryer/toaster oven, coffee maker, 6 quart instant pot, all dishes and pots & pans, silverware, utensils, bedding, pillows, towels (including beach/pool towels), 2 beach chairs, beach toys, folding outdoor chairs, Blackstone grill, lots of closet/storage space, nice paved outdoor areas, full-sized washer & dryer, dishwasher, black & white and colored printer/scanner, hot water on demand system, newer stainless steel appliances (including a microwave; ice maker in the refrigerator), beach toys, (one men’s and one lady’s bicycle might be available soon), Ninja blender, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, frameless glass door showers with tile, luxury vinyl plank flooring, central A/C, Bermuda shutters, small screened room - custom built concrete home. Island Amenities: clubhouse, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, post office boxes, hot tubs, 2 pools (one on ocean side), private beach parking & access, breakfast & lunch restaurant at the clubhouse, convenience store, restaurant, hair salon, massage , fishing, clubs, activities, miniature golf, kid play area, kiddie pool, gated security, bath houses, fitness room, arcade games, ping pong, trash removal, recycling center, breathtaking sunrises & sunsets!

Guests staying longer than 2 weeks per month required to get a guest barcode on vehicle(s); all guests must follow association rules & regulations. Feel free to use pantry items, freezer items, and anything in the refrigerator (just replace before departure). NO PETS! NO SMOKING! If renting during a hurricane or tropical storm, you are responsible for storm preparedness (closing shutters and storing/securing outside items including golf cart)! Cleaning fee is included in price!
