Anchors Aweigh is a unique property located in the Manatee Pocket of historic Port Salerno. This particular property consists of 1 home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are in a building attached to the main home that have their own private entrances and ensuite bathrooms that is accessed through a shared courtyard with the 3 bedroom home. Each of these rooms also has a private back door that lead out to the backyard, firepits, docks, and waterfront beach area. By boat you are about 15 minutes to the inlet leading to the ocean. The property contains 2 fire pits - one in the backyard and one down on the sand beach area. Your rental comes with 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. Life vests are included as well. A separate waiver document will need to be signed prior to use and that will be sent over 3 days prior to rental via docusign. The indoor fireplace in the living room is not operable and not for use
It is important to note there is also a separate 2 bedroom home on this property that shares access to the BBQ grill, beach fire pit, and dock area. There is an easement walk way in between this home and the 3 bedroom home (easement walk way is shown in the additional photos). This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom additional home, if available, can also be included in the rental of Anchors Aweigh for an additional cost. Please message to inquire if interested. The easement walkway is also used for additional boaters who have their boats docked at the boat slips at Anchors Aweigh.

You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks and/or paddle boards. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks and/or paddle boards and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks and/or paddle boards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards. All Vrbo Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo Guests and Vrbo Host.
