Not only are the living accommodations top-notch, but guests also receive access to several amenities, including two swimming pools. The unit has three bedrooms and can host up to eight vacationers.

A bright and cheery atmosphere welcomes you as soon as you enter this ground-level condo. You’ll immediately notice a set of sliding glass doors that open onto a furnished patio. Palm trees and coastal flora create the perfect setting for lounging outside, chatting with family and friends and enjoying fresh breezes. Back inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen connect as one open great room. Sandy-colored walls, beachy décor, and comfortable furnishings contribute to the relaxed vibe. In the living room, a white sofa faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wooden credenza. A blue armchair, abstract rug, contemporary coffee table, and sea turtle wall art complete the space. The casual dining area features a hardwood table and seating for six. Wood floors flow into the modern kitchen, where white cabinets contrast nicely with gleaming black countertops. The kitchen also has stainless steel appliances and ample room to prep, serve, and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals.

The primary bedroom is well-appointed with a king-size bed and features vibrant pops of color. A reading chair sits beside a flatscreen TV and white dresser. Sliding glass doors access the patio. The bedroom’s ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms includes a queen-size bed, a sunny window, an accent chair, colorful beach paintings, and a TV. The other guest bedroom includes two full beds, cottage-style furnishings, a wall-mounted mirror, a bench seat, and a TV. The guest bedrooms share a full bath.

Advantages of staying at Beachwalk Villas don’t end with comfortable vacation accommodations. Visitors also enjoy a variety of condo complex amenities. There are two refreshing swimming pools, which are perfect for a mid-day swim. One is also seasonally heated. The pools are surrounded by a sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables—perfect for suntanning or dining poolside. Other amenities include tennis courts, shuffleboard, a kid’s playground, and BBQ grills.

One of the best perks, though, is the proximity to the beach! Because the property sits right on 30A, you only have to cross the road and walk down to the sugary shores.
