Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great! Only steps to restaurants. The beach was a quick walk. Only complaint was low water pressure in the master bath. Everything else was superb.

The property is in a perfect location—walking distance to everything, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The condo was also larger than we expected, which was a great surprise. With a bit more attention to cleaning detail and a few upgrades, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is feast in Seacrest and the layout of the condo is winded to too. However, the quality of the furnishings is fair. Also, there were a few dirty dishes that were put away clean. In addition, Benchmsle is skimpy with amenities. All rentals we’ve had in the area have had beach towels as well. For the price we pay on 30A, these things should be resolved.

Location was amazing! Super clean! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just bring extra dish soap and laundry detergent if you want to do more than one load. But worked well for us. Updated and beautiful condo! Highly recommend.

Great Trip!

The property was very clean and nice, we will definitely be back! Great location, walking distance to everything, only downfall was it was pretty loud until about 10:30 with the live music downstairs.

Amazing location/property!

We were here for a wedding and this location was beyond perfect! The property was extremely clean and everything was within walking distance! The property manager was also extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we asked. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!

Spring Break!

This condo is a great find for a small family. The location is perfect and in walking or biking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo is clean and had everything we needed for our group. The management group did an exceptional job of communicating. We would certainly stay here again.

Very nice area, great location. The only thing was did not know we were going to have to provide so many of our own necessities. Grocery store close so turned out fine. Guest service responded quickly to all questions.

Clean rooms - and easy access to pool and restaurants. Rarely needed our car. A bit of a trek to the beach especially when carrying your own chairs. The trolley was helpful but did not run consistently. We were able to receive 2 bikes free of charge through the free attraction tickets. Very minimal supplies. Bring your own spices/oils/toilet paper.
