Vicki, thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations during your visit to Duluth for Christian conferences. We made efforts to address the missing bedding as soon as you brought it to our attention, including arranging an expedited delivery of additional blankets. Unfortunately, the package was mistakenly left at another unit, delaying access until the following morning. We also offered to send replacement hair dryers, as the ones previously provided were apparently taken by a prior guest. You declined the offer, explaining that you had purchased one the night before. While we take all guest feedback seriously, your review is a significant exception to the experience reported by our guests. Across more than 200 guest stays, you are the first guest to leave a one-star review, and guests who stayed immediately before and after your visit rated their experiences five stars. We continually strive to maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home at a reasonable price. We will review the additional concerns you raised in your review that were not brought to our attention during your stay.
