Beautiful and Newly-Built Upscale Ranch Getaway

Beautiful, well-designed luxury ranch home ready for your stay. The house is in a tranquil and secluded area, and if privacy, peace, and quiet are what you're looking for, then look no further. The property features a big backyard with a colossal Pool, Jacuzzi, Fire Pit, Outdoor Bathroom with Shower, and TV entertainment area. The indoor floor plan is very open, with four large bedrooms, including a private in-law suite. A new park is about 1 mile from the house and features a children's playground, a hiking trail, and basketball and tennis courts. The home is located in North Las Vegas. It is approximately 25 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport, 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, and 20 minutes from Allegiant Stadium—highway access: 215 (1.2 miles) and 94 (3 miles).

The Perfect Getaway!

Amazing property & fabulous host

The house is spectacular. It was clean, well-stocked, and simple to walk in and feel at home. Chris was a fabulous communicator, always responding quickly to messages both leading up to our stay and during our stay. You could not ask for a better place to rent.

Amazing family vacation spot!

Our family of 4 could not have enjoyed this rental more! The house was in incredible condition, fully stocked with so much more than ever expected and Chris was a joy to work with. For other families with little kiddos— besides being super cognizant of pool safety, this is the best vacation spot to have great weather and outdoor living without the mess of being too close to the strip. We are already so excited to return to this rental in the future!!

Best Property in Vegas

Wow! Just wow. Chris's stay is absolutely incredible. Extremely high attention to detail, beautifully decorated, extremely convenient, immaculate, clean - this place has it all. Everything was perfectly in place and everything was even better than the beautiful photos. Chris is extremely attentive and thoughtful as well. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay, look no further - if you don't stay here, you are making a mistake! Amazing Stay In Las Vegas! Luxury NEW Home

Overall this was one of the best new homes we stayed at! It was fully stocked with more stuff than we expected and the host treated us like family. We really enjoyed all the home amenities. Great location, not too far from the strip along with a Safe, Clean area. We enjoyed every part of this home and we will be staying at this house again next time. Thanks for having us enjoy your home. I would rate this house 12 stars! Hot tub was a plus and everything in the house is digital. Super thankful for everything. May God bless you and your family. Wow

I don’t know where to start, everything about this house is amazing, the quality is like a 5 star hotel. We have stayed in many rentals and this is by far the best, We were a party of 7 adults who wanted to chill out after touring for 10 days, the pool area has so many different areas with plenty of seating and the outside kitchen was an added bonus. There is nothing that hasn’t been thought of, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the beds were so comfortable we really don’t want to leave. We did visit the strip, using Ubers which was very easy and for 4 of us was a total of $60. Chris has made us feel like friends more than guests in his home and we would definitely stay here if we visit Vegas again. Thank you

This is a stunning property, located in North Vegas it is a high end get away from the strip. The home is beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Chris was so easy to get ahold of and welcomed us to his beautiful property. The worst part of our stay was having to leave! Highly recommend this property!

No climbing stairs! I designed this home with your relaxation in mind, 4260 Square Feet of spacious comfort. You can host high-level events or have great family get-togethers; whatever your purpose, this property is for you! The backyard is enormous and has a resort-like feel. This home is close to shopping, restaurants, beautiful parks, and hiking trails. Highway access is only minutes away., and you can reach the Vegas Strip in only 20 minutes.
