Relax with family or friends at this cozy 1530 sf, one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is located very close to Fwy 95, and it’s about 10min to the strip and 20min to the airport. Shopping centers and grocery stores are at walking distance. You can also enjoy some grilling on a neat and fully paved backyard. Garage was converted into a game room, therefore cars park in the front driveway with plenty of space. If you feel like exploring the outdoors, you can visit Red Rock Canyon for a 25min drive.

Cozy and clean

We loved the faux fireplace, the coffee area, pool table and the beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Great stay!

True to pictures

The pictures did not lie. The place was very nice and easy to find and get into. The host was accommodating when my out-of-town family got in earlier than planned and we asked for an early check in. She responded quickly to the few questions I had during our stay.

Family gathering for fun and food

Very homey environment with all the amenities needed including washer, dryer, microwave cooking full kitchen. Quiet clean neighborhood.

This is a very nice quite home 15 mins away from the chaos of the strip! A very comfortable place to stay in Las Vegas.

Awesome time here!!!!

So me and my team came in from LA to play at a LGBT huge tournament for the weekend host was definitely great on communication accommodated my team of eight comfortably. Overall, the stay was beautiful. I would definitely book again.

Fantastic property in the outskirts of Vegas. Property was just as listed, huge rooms, plenty of space for our family. Everything was so clean and ready to use!

Great value and space!

The property was well kept, welcoming, and easy to find. Communication from the owner was great! The check in and out processes were easy. Everyone in our group had plenty of room for belongings and to relax. The beds were also very comfortable. I would certainly stay again!

Better than a hotel room

Girls trip to Vegas and wanted the comfort of a home rather than hotel room. Appreciated the amenities at this property. Coffee machine with coffee was so nice!!! Was a little apprehensive driving as we approached the property, buildings across the street seemed a bit run down and I was concerned but we turned the corner and found this neighborhood to be perfectly acceptable. Good find for an off strip group or family stay.

Perfect family getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect! It was so nice to have space to visit with family and cook meals to save money especially when in Vegas! Beautiful patio to enjoy the nice weather and everything you could ask for in the kitchen and house! Marisela was amazing to work with and so accommodating for our trip. Highly recommend and absolutely be back! Thank you!!

It was perfect for a weekend trip.

Location was far enough away from everything that is was quiet and relaxing, but close enough to enjoy the vegas fun. We went to a music festival that was 12 minutes away and it was perfect. Check in and check out instructions were so easy to follow that there was no need to message the host. Everything you need was provided. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, Quiet, and Cozy

This cute, bright home was perfect for our family coming together to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of room to eat together, get a good nights rest, and visit with loved ones. Kitchen had everything we needed with lots of little extra’s like spices in the cabinet and condiments in the fridge. The beds were all comfy and the plentiful towels fluffy. The owner made sure we had all the check-in info in plenty of time and answered quickly when we had a question. Quiet neighborhood, as well, so that u can enjoy the backyard that has a bbq and little fire pit.

We came to town for a show and had a great stay at this property. The home was clean and beautiful and working with Marisela was awesome. She had great communication and got back to me very quickly when I had questions. Would definitely recommend the property.

Modern Comfort

From the moment you enter the home, peace embraces you. The place is comforting, fashionable and conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants. Each room is nicely laid out and there was good roaming space for my baby.
