For fishing enthusiasts, our property features the ultimate crappie well, drawing professional fishermen seeking prime angling opportunities. Convenient access to Coffman Beach ramp makes loading your boat or jet skis a breeze, whether by water or land. Additionally, a 20-foot boat slip is available for your convenience.

Rest easy knowing that access to our property is hassle-free, with paved blacktop roads leading directly to the entrance and a flat driveway providing ample parking space for your vehicles. Please be cautious/respectful of the shared drive space with the neighbors. Limit 4 Vehicles (subject to size) on the driveway, any remaining vehicles can park at the top of the hill on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that during peak season from May to September, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights. For stays outside of these months, we may accommodate shorter bookings upon inquiry, subject to availability.
