There are also 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, both with bunk beds which share a full bathroom. There is a full sized washer & dryer in the laundry room of this home, also located downstairs. We have $500 first-time noise complaint violation. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. No smoking or vaping or pets are allowed on the property.
