The apartment is very central. Close to Miami International airport.
Perfect for shoppers near Dolphin & International Mall, Ikea and local boutiques around.

If you come for work, you can use our comfortable desk with a nice view or use the Business center on the 2nd floor with conference room up to 5 people.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, king bed ,sofa bed (queen) in the living room.

If you want to exercise, you can use the fully equipped gym which is also on the 2nd floor.

-Public parking very safe outside and around the building is Free.
-Public Parking-Just behind the building you will find a covered Retail Parking.
-Valet parking-At the lobby area $5.00 during the sday.

PETS:
-Please keep pets on leash and pick up after, nice park just crossing the street.
-Do not use house sheets or towels for your pets.

ITEMS IN THE HOME:
-No furniture or decorative items are to be moved or removed from the house
-Use only pool towels provided for the pool.
-Do not unplug electronics or lamps
-coffee,sugar and condiments are complementary for you

HOUSE RULES:
-No to loud noises,music or loud tv.
-No parties
-Please close the doors and windows everytime you leave.
-Please do not lose the elevator fob key. There is $50 fee to be replaced

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
-Please remove food items from refrigerator
-Please place all trash in the bin provided under the sink
-Please make sure all windows are closed,water and stove turned off
-Leave the fob key on the table before leaving the apartment.
-Have a safe trip back home.
Other things to note
Here is some condo/house rules:
-The pool and gym are open 7 days a week,you have to bring the fob provided to enter if you bring food you are responsible to pick up after yourself and leave the area clean

-You need to go to front desk and reserve the area for the time you will be there bring your ID and sign the use of: Club room/Lounge,Business center,Children's playroom.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Miami-Dade Condo regulation required the guest staying in the unit to be registered in the condo.
