In town with teens

House is as described in good location and property manager is excellent at communicating. Had everything we needed and lots of space. We had no need to be outside in backyard but if you desire that, the backyard needs a little TLC and clean up. And maybe will be cleaned up once weather warms up.

Wedding weekend

Great space! Held rehearsal dinner and getting ready before the weddng at the house. Space was perfect for both events. Check in was easy! Would highly recommend this house!

Surgery

Our dad had surgery and we had different family members come into town during a week long stay. Close to many amenities and good to have a spot for home base.

Perfect for our family gathering

The location was very central to everyplace we wanted to go and the home was as advertised. We had 3 couples and a child, but the house could comfortably accommodate 6 adult couples or 3-4 families with children. The beds and linens/towels were comfy/cozy. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was responsive and flexible.

Midwest hospitality

Nice space for the family to join together. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop and diner in the neighborhood. Other stores close by. Rooms were roomy and the beds comfortable.

Large and beautiful

We had a family reunion here. There was plenty of space. The people in the apartment below were kind and kept to themselves. We walked to Castle Joslyn and did the tour. A great place for large groups who like to grill!

Very roomy for big group!

First impression was nice big open area for a family gathering. 2 dining tables were nice to have. We blew a fuse in kitchen and owner came quickly to remedy the situation. There is a long driveway so was able to accomodate several vehicles, plus street parking. Kitchen island was a nice plus and a great place to seeve food from. I asked for a baby crib ahead of time and the owner made that happen which I much appreciated. There were a few things that needed attention but I mentioned to owner and I'm sure he'll take care of them. We had a nice stay here with our kids and grandkids.

This house was perfect for our family. The number of bathrooms was great! The location was convenient for where we needed to be. The variety of beds accommodated our whole group. Francisco was very easy to work with. We would stay again.

Great place for a big group!

We had a bachelor party of 12 that stayed at this property for a weekend, and it was amazing! Plenty of space, everybody had a bed or a couch to sleep on, and the backyard was a great addition to our stay! Would definitely recommend, Francisco is a great host that made sure we got what we needed!

Spacious house

Lots of rooms with very high ceilings. Family is tall so they felt comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and even an extra room with a futon. Only slight disadvantage was there is no dishwasher.

In Town for NCAA Tournament

Came to town for the NCAA Tournament with college buddies. This place was perfect for us. Six Bedrooms and enough bathrooms to keep us happy. The men said to keep this place in mind when we come back!!

Don’t hesitate to book!

We had 15 people in 3 generations and it was the perfect house with a variety of sleeping options. The house is clean and very nicely updated. The owner always responded within 5 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and there is a long driveway for multiple cars to park plus street parking. There is an apartment below but we never saw anyone. There is not an access to the apartment from within the house. We know someone was there only because we smelled their cooking coming up from floor vents one day. It smelled good!

Bachelorette weekend

Very spacious with an amazing collection of unique bedrooms! The kitchen was perfect for group meals and the tables were excellent for crafting. Absolutely would stay again!

Great for family gathering!

We are a three generational family that required a large home to gather over the holidays in, and this house was perfect! Beyond the six bedrooms, three full baths, two half baths you have a large gathering space in the living room, a very large kitchen, and two tables that seat eight people each. This allowed us all to comfortably gather, and to invite friends in as well. The location is also very nice - it is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to many areas of Omaha. We will definitely look to book with Francisco again on future gatherings in Omaha!

Beautifully Remodeled Home

Our family (18) is only able to gather once a year. This house made a wonderful place to meet. The beds were comfortable and the common area worked well for a variety of ages. Calling and texting worked best to contact the host, as he didn't respond to my emails. A couple of suggestions. The tub/shower on the second floor could use a mat, as it is very slippery. Also, the bathroom on the third floor has no curtain on the window. The bathroom is tiny and it is hard to keep from exposing yourself. This house worked well. It is beautifully remodeled. A great value.

Family getaway to Omaha

The house was great for our needs, nine adults, three toddlers, and an infant require a lot of room. Having bedrooms on three floors really helped us maintain regular sleep schedules for the kids and ensured privacy for everyone. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, parks, zoo, old market, downtown, and we never drove more than 20 minutes to get somewhere.

Hidden Gem

This is such a beautiful house with modernized renovation. I stayed here with 12 young adults and we had all the space we need. There are so many bathrooms and beds. Parking was not bad as the street was mostly empty and it has a long driveway that can easily fit 4-5 cars. Don’t let the appearance of the neighboring houses deter you from this listing. It’s truly a HIDDEN GEM!

Lots of room!

LOTS of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for our family with adult children. CLEAN, updated space. Negative: We heard voices & realized there is a basement apartment, parking is a bit limited, & the neighbor's house is in disrepair. OTHERWISE, location and space were EXACTLY what we needed. Quiet, yet close to main streets. We will DEFINITELY remember this space as our adult children get married and add children of their own!

Comfortable and homey

We stayed here with our three kids and their families. There was plenty of room- so many bedrooms and bathrooms! There was a minor problem with ants in the bathrooms upstairs, but we assumed if was a result of having so many recent rains. The property manager was kind and responsive, allowing us to have a little bit later checkout. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
