The Space:

Soft morning light spills across the living rooms as you step from a quiet bedroom into open, airy spaces, inviting you to settle in before a day at the parks. Later, the private pool glistens under the Florida sun while the game room hums with friendly competition. Kids drift between a Star Wars loft and Disney Princess suites, and adults gather around the indoor‑outdoor dining table for a relaxed dinner.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 includes a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 features a King Bed with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen Bed with an en suite bathroom. Nearby, a bedroom themed around Disney Princesses includes two Twin Beds, and Bedroom 4 also features Disney Princesses with two Twin Beds. Bedroom 5 offers a Super Hero theme with two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedrooms 6, 7, and 8 provide a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and a Queen Bed respectively, with Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7 sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom and Bedroom 8 featuring an en suite bathroom.



Indoor living

Two large living areas give groups plenty of room to spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms create spaces for shared meals or unwinding after a day at the parks. A TV and themed décor enhance movie nights or quiet downtime. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer and free dryer let you refresh clothing during longer stays, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals, with ample counter space for cooking at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy meals together.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool and hot tub sit just outside the patio doors, with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers for soaking up the warm Florida air. A BBQ grill adds another option for shared dinners, and a private patio offers a quiet spot to relax between outings. Beach essentials are provided for easy trips to the coast.



Game room

The game room invites friendly competition with air hockey, basketball, and a bean bag toss game, giving everyone an easy way to spend time together.



Neighborhood

Set within the Windsor at Westside community, you have access to a range of resort amenities. The clubhouse includes a kids arcade, children’s activity areas, a full gym, and various outdoor recreation spaces, along with a zero‑entry resort‑style pool, kids’ water playground, water slides, a lazy river, and sports courts. The location places you within a short drive of Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the shopping and dining options along the surrounding roads.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
