This three-bedroom, two-bath home is tucked away at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, offering the perfect haven for families who cherish boating and fishing adventures. Imagine waking up to the gentle lapping of the St. Johns River against your two private boat slips and spacious dock area – with 8 to 9 feet of clearance (depending on water levels) inside the covered dock and approximately 35 feet of uncovered dock space.

Just minutes from downtown Astor, and within walking distance of a marina where you can easily launch your boat for a mere $10, this location is a boater's dream. Take full advantage of the opportunity to witness breathtaking sunsets from your own private dock.

Peaceful spot

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was peaceful drinking my morning coffee on the dock. The house is very well stocked and even has a crockpot and blender, which I don't always see in a rental. I was a little bummed I couldn't find the coffee grinder that was listed on the amenities, but it was no big deal since the house had both drip and Keurig coffee makers (some Kcups provided!) The house was clean. If I visit the area again, I will stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

The house was clean, and the host was answered to our questions every time that we have one the only thing that was missing that I didn’t find it was washing machine and dryer machine, but beside that everything was there, including games for kids smart TV with Internet, kitchen supply and all the good stuff

Relaxation on the river

Great location, plenty of room for guests , great place for family and kids to fish or hang around and play games. The only critique I would have would be a few more utensils/ cooking pans in the kitchen & maybe a grill of some kind for grilling out. Loved it and we’ll hopefully be back for another stay. Cute, clean house. Everything is nice, recently updated. Great canal front location close to the river & marina. We’ve stayed twice and the hosts are top-notch.
