Welcome to âIndian Wells Fioreâ, a stylish 4bd/3ba vacation home located within the prestigious Indian Wells gated community of Montelena. Includes private pool and spa (heating optional) nestled in a large backyard with lush, mature desert landscaping, outdoor firepit, BBQ, teak lounge chairs, and electric car charger in garage. Located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and within close proximity to El Paseo, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and more area attractions.
Indian Wells Fiore consists of 4-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, a private 30ft in length salt water pool baja shelf for sun tanning and spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), a Fire Magic direct lined BBQ grill with built-in ice chest, pool floaties with inflator, outdoor shower, and more fabulous fun amenities! Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in the Montelena private, secure, and safe gated community with a private gate access to Miramonte resort, gym, and restaurant (guests can also use the resort's pool area). The use of the Miramonte Hotel recreational facilities is at the discretion of the hotel management and can be refused at any time. Home also features immaculate landscaping with desert cactus and succulents, and an abundance of magnificent mountain and sunrise/sunset views. Enjoy sipping coffee outside in the backyard with birds flying by mountain views then at night take in the perimeter yard lighting and pool lights for night swims or relaxing.
Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, an island with three stools, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, blender, juicer, toaster, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten peopleâŠ.everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Dining table seats eight, five cushioned chairs which looks over the pool area. Super high speed 500mbps internet for all your work and streaming needs.
Ideal bedding for up to six adults/two children. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed and 65â Smart TV with apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.), an en-suite bathroom consisting of a sunken tub and a double vanity sink. Also includes a private sliding glass door leading out to the pool area along with a walk-in closet and work desk inside the closet. Bedroom #2, with a black & white theme, has a California king bed and 40â TV with Firestick for guest apps along with a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 has a queen. Bedroom #4 features a two twin beds. Bathroom #3 includes a shower/tub combo. Bathroom #4 is a powder room by the entrance. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
55â Smart TV in living room with apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.). Living room also features a gas operated fireplace. Master bedroom features a 65â Smart TV with apps guests can log in to their own accounts (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.). There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. Two car garage use with remotes are available for guests along with a proper voltage electric car charger (guest must bring their own cable).
Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times).

Montelena Homes in Indian Wells is located off El Dorado Dr just south of Hwy 111 in Indian Wells, CA. Montelena is an intimate community of just 74 homes that was built in 2004. If you are searching for a gated luxury community with a country club or golf club feel, this is the place. Charming, well-maintained and manicured. There are two 18-hole golf courses adjacent to the Montelena properties. Guests also have privileges to the Montelena Resort - access to the pool/spa and fitness room. This luxurious destination enjoys a well-deserved reputation as one of Southern Californiaâs top residential resort communities.
Additional Rules and Info:
-The minimum rental is 30 consecutive days.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pick up their droppings. Always keep dogs on a leash when walking in the community per HOA rules. Please be careful of cacti when walking around (especially dog).
-Use medium heat for copper pots & le creseut pots, sink is slow draining to avoid larger debris to enter sink, please dry washer door & gasket after each wash.
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There are pool toys and an electric pump onsite. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heating purchases.
- Post stay housekeeping is for hour hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay and normally required if spend more than one month.
- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
