Came in to town for Pirates vs Tigers. Pirates won all three games we went to! Stayed close to the stadiums and a wonderful time exploring the city.

Convenient location to city of Pgh and surrounding communities.

For us, this property sure beat booking 2 separate hotel rooms for our family. The property had plenty of charm and it was nice to see Western Avenue revitalized with restaurants nearby. Wish we had more time in the city!

Fun location

Our family had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. It was great to have two tandem parking spots which fit our minivan and SUV! Beds were comfortable, and the pullout sofa worked well for our teenager.

baseball trip

We needed a place to stay for a 4 game baseball trip and this was the perfect spot. Close enough to walk everywhere! The place was amazing, even has off street parking behind the unit. Plenty of room and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very accessible and great to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This charming "old Pittsburgh" home is immaculate, well provisioned & pleasantly maintained. The neighborhood is convenient (turn left out the door and walk to the end of the block for a tasty and well-priced breakfast), especially to both professional ball parks. Our leisurely 20 minute strolls along the nearby Riverwalk to & from PNC park were very enjoyable. This is a wonderful place for a family get together, but excellent for just this couple too. Caroline is a gracious and responsive host who will enhance your experience even more. Don't miss it.

The location was perfect for our wedding events on the North Shore. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The house was a beautiful brownstone like place, old exposed brick, lovely old fireplaces, original wood floors. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Wonderful Stay

Very clean, great communication with the host, well stocked! The only negative is when we arrived it was 92 degrees and the A/C was not turned on so it took some time to cool down. Overall great location and the home is very spacious and comfortable. I recommend the downstairs winery, Wise County Cafe for breakfast, Nicky's thai restaurant for crab wontons and Peppi's has awesome sandwiches, all of these restaurants are right out the door.

Historical Charm

Great location! Easy walk to ballpark and Warhol Museum. Convenient driving access. Great local shops and restaurants within the block. Unique floor plan with 2 bedrooms (comfy beds), 2 baths, 2 living rooms. Building is historically beautiful with modern amenities. Host Caroline was fantastic! Highly recommend! Great spot to explore Pittsburgh. We went to see a Pirate’s game(walked) and an added plus was that we could catch the Cleveland team (going to all the baseball parks is in our bucket list) The neighborhood was full of places to walk to from coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. Our home base was perfect, it was bright, clean and had everything we needed. Communication from owner was timely and helpful. Great place to stay!
