You'll love to stay in this modern and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with the beautiful sea view.

It's located on the first floor in a renovated dalmatian traditional stone house at the seafront.

Apartment is 80 m2 size, has two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area and one bathroom.

You'll have a great temperature control as it has two air-condition units - one in the living room and second one in the master bedroom.

Everything Kastel Stari has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach…

Round pebble beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment.

Living room has large Smart LCD TV with cable channels, cozy large sofa and air-condition unit.

Both bedrooms have one comfortable double bed and smart LED TV.

Kitchen is equipped with two stoves, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We provide two free parking spots in the yard of the house.

You also get Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Great place for relaxing stay

Marvellous location close to the waterfront. Perfect for visiting nearby beautiful towns of Trogir and Split. Recommended.

Great location in friendly neighborhood

The property was newly updated, clean and met all of our needs. The apartment was located right in the center of town near the sea. There were many restaurant options and shops along the beautiful walk along the sea.

Kastel Stari

My family of 5 stayed for our last night in Split. It was newly renovated, beautiful, quiet, clean, and only a short staircase up compared to our previous places that we needed to climb 83 stairs each time. The town was quaint and relaxing. Delicious food and beautiful beaches a short walk away. I highly recommend this place to others.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was great for our family. The location is great, convenient and close to everything we wanted/ needed. The hosts were great and very responsive. Only criticism is the Wi-Fi is weak and doesn't support multiple devices. But we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Close to the Airport

2 Bedrooms separate from each other. The Google Map link is not where the property. There are no street address that match the street address. Property was clean and new. Located very close to marina and beaches Nice walking area and lots of restaurants. Needs a couple of finishng touches. Towel racks in bathroom, holder for the shower head. Laundry machine was on when we got there but never finished. All in all a nice place.

Unexpected gem

This hidden appartment is an unexpected gem. A short walk to the beach and a selection of local restaurants, yet 10 mins from the airport, the appartment offered space, peace and quiet from the huddle and bustle of the easily accessible Split. It was clean, characterful and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of four with two tall teenagers. Equipped with two TVs, Wi Fi and a well stocked kitchen, we were missing nothing. Comfortable beds, an adjustable sofa and a large shower room gave us the space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to others. The only downside is being under the flight path. That said, the convenience and quality of finish make it worth the compromise.

Location was great. Communication “there was none” Not enough towels, no coffee, internet kept on dropping out, no instructions for hot water. I highly recommend to shop around, there must be better places to stay!!
