Welcome! We are excited for you to experience the warm comforts of this cozy apartment! Here, you will enjoy a secluded 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with its own doorbell, driveways, street parking, and space! Newly built in 2021, there is a twin bed in one room and twin bunk beds in the second room. The futon in the living room also unfolds into a twin size bed as well should you need it.
As an additional perk, the three twin beds include a weighted blanket as a luxury amenity to help ensure a deep, peaceful sleep during your stay!
There is a cute kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Oster oven, coffee maker, and plenty of space for any groceries and pantry items. Relax at the full size dining room table, or the giant Love Sac in the living room, watching the 55inch Firestick TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney Plus streaming services for your watching pleasure. Turn on the cozy electric fireplace and cuddle up, or enjoy the extra cool AC during the hot summer months. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, for your convenience, and enough space in the living area to stretch out and feel more than comfortable!
The apartment is located in the back of our property in a quiet neighborhood in a highly sought after area of Tyler due to its close location to anything and everything! The apartment is very insulated and protects well from outside noise. As stated previously it has its own space, parking, driveway, doorbell, and space so you will have as much privacy as you desire! But should you need anything, we live right next door! We pride our apartment as being unique (and have had many guests rave about) in the fact that we are close enough to be at the ready for anything you may need, but with enough privacy for you to fully enjoy your space and stay, without feeling cramped or intruded upon at all!
Enjoy the beauty of Tyler and East Texas with the comforts of a home away from home to retreat to after a day of adventures, fun, or work!
