Come stay at the popular Myrtle Beach Resort. This quaint one bed one bath is the perfect getaway for any small family. A fully stocked kitchen for those family dinners, high speed WiFi if you need to get a little work done and smart Tv's to watch a movie with the family to end the perfect day. Have an urge to play some tennis, walk right out the back door to multiple tennis courts and yes we have tennis rackets available to use. Take a stroll through the courtyard or take a short walk to the beach. If you get hungry, visit Quarterdeck Bar and Grill for a drink or some great beach food.

When you first walk in, it will go into the kitchen and it feels like grandma is waiting for you. The home has been kept up, It has not been remodeled. We absolutely love this. The sturdy hardwood cabinets, the oversize leather chair, and sofa make you feel at home. The huge yard with the fire pit is absolutely amazing. There is a short trail and you will find yourself at the river. It is the home of 107 year-old Mary Epperson. You will find a couple of family pictures and a brief biography of Mary in the welcome book on the table by the door.If there’s something you needing, just keep opening cabinets and you’ll probably find it. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee for both the regular coffee maker, and the Keurig, which are both provided, and a multitude of other spices. Everything to make your stay more comfortable.

I was so looking forward to this quick stay at the beach. However, from the moment we opened the door the musty, mildew smell was overwhelming. We tried opening the windows but they do not open; we couldn't leave the door open because the flies would come in; the back door had a screen door but it didn't fit right so the bees and flies were trapped in between from the opening on top. The screens were covered in spiderwebs and the door openings were not swept out so lots of dead bugs and leaves were in them. The photos were accurate. It is a cute little rental but there is no storage for suitcases, etc. We had to put them on the living room chairs because the bedroom closet floor had blankets, etc. stacked in there. The towels were kept in the bathroom sink cabinet. They too smelled horrible. We ended up using our beach towels. I really wanted to like this unit; we were looking for something we could return to another time. Beside the smell; there was no instructions on using the keyless entry (we had a difficult getting it to relock), no instructions on using the tv (three different controllers; we were unable to figure it out); no instructions for checking out. Also, there is an additional 10 fee for parking once you arrive. I did contact the owner as well as vrbo. The air quality is definitely unsafe.

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved the property! It’s a bit of a trek to the beach but other than the distance, everything was perfect. The place was super clean and decorated very well. They have a beach wagon and you can haul everything up in it and take it to the beach. DEFINITELY a lifesaver with the wagon! Nice and cozy. Only other downside is not too much storage space to put clothes/etc. 10/10 would definitely go back!

Overall very nice stay

Unit was as described. Nice that there were things like condiments and some drinks in the fridge and soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Easy to get to the pools and beach. Overall the complex was pretty quiet and the unit was comfortable. Could be more information left like a map of the complex, area attractions and restaurants, what to do with trash, WiFi access.

Access troubles

The property was clean and inviting. The check in and check out kiosk was helpful. Our only problem was with trying to gain access into the property. The touch pad was hard to use. When the touch pad did not work, we got the key, but we’re not told where to put the key. It was hidden in the touch pad. We finally were able to use the touch pad to get in, but it was very difficult.

Excellent stay!

We stayed for bike week Spring Rally. It was Hot coming in but they already had the air on and room cooked when we got there! The bed is Sooo comfortable! We slept amazing! It was very clean, all necessities and extra blankets there. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prep a meal. If you're riding a motorcycle, there is designated motorcycle parking a little bit of a walk to the room but not bad at all. There is an extra fee for parking when you come through the gate, 5 for motorcycles, card only, no cash. The property is very nice. We only used the room but there is beach access, pool, kiddie pool area and tennis courts. Our room we more towards the front and away from the beach and in the courtyard between the buildings is a nice area with swings, places to sit, walk and enjoy. Location is perfect!! Zachary was very responsive, even at 4:30am! No complaints here! We will be booking again!!
