Cozy Beach Block Condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ

Located just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Wildwood Crest, this one bedroom condo is ideal for a small family to enjoy all that the Jersey shore has to offer.

The unit is conveniently located on the second floor near the elevator, stairs and laundry room. The property features two heated pools, two sun decks, complete with tables and chairs, outdoor showers, and provides a beautiful view of the ocean. BBQ grills are available for guests to use and are on the ground floor. A single assigned parking spot is also provided to the unit and an elevator is accessible for all guests.

The bedroom has one queen size and one twin size bed and the couch opens to a queen size Murphy bed to sleep a maximum of 5 people. The unit is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, two counter-top burners, kitchen and grilling utensils, A/C units in the front and back, hi-speed internet/Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV's (65" in Living Room, 32" in Bedroom).

This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted. In addition to the unit being cleaned, we include linen service for bed sheets and pillow cases. We supply a small amount of paper products (hand towels and toilet paper). Bath and beach towels are NOT provided.

We are only accepting weekly bookings with check-ins on Saturdays by 3:00 pm and check-out time the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Please send an inquiry if you have any questions.

The condo, location and hosts were all wonderful. We enjoyed every meal on the deck over looking the beach and ocean. It was everything we needed and wanted.

Great condo on the Crest

My family had a wonderful time in wildwood crest at this lovely condo. The owners are very nice and attentive. The condo was very clean with everything you will ever need for a beautiful beach vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean with ample amounts of various storage and sleeping arrangements for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and clean!! Location was great and we were happy that we stayed in the Crest versus on the Wildwood Boardwalk. It was the perfect location for us. Pools were heated which was really nice. Would stay here again.

Awesome beach getaway!

Great condo!! it was steps away from the beach. nice quiet neighborhood. but plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute ride as well as the boardwalk. the beach in front of the condo is free and had pristine white sand. steps away is also the el coronado hotel with a restaurant that is perfect for breakfast or lunch. overall it was a 5 star stay

Hidden Gem steps from the beach

The condo was clean, smartly furnished and accessorized. As a family of 5 we stayed comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the arcade game and were amazed by the murphy bed. The owners communicate well. Another highlight is the sun decks where you can sit and overlook the beach. Easy parking and a short ride to the boardwalk.

Nice condo unit close to beach

Very good experience staying at this condo. Close to beach which is convenient. Bit of a drive for the boardwalk but that’s a known factor when staying in this part of the Crest. The condo is small but has everything needed including two beds in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room which is easy to operate. The electronic lock was easy to use. Great communication with owners and overall a good value.

Long weekend before school started

My 2 daughters, ages 24 & 21 and myself decided to go to the beach for one last vacation before they headed back to college. The condo was the perfect size for the three of us for this long weekend getaway. The place was newly renovated and included everything you needed. Much cozier than a hotel room and with many amenities. You get beautiful beach views and access to two heated pools. If you’re looking for a place for a small group of 3-4 people this is a great option for the price.

Family Week at the Crest

We had an incredible stay at our cozy condo in the crest. Literally foot steps away from the beach. It was such a great experience. Clean, well maintained, and the pictures really captured the cozy atmosphere. Everything we needed was at our fingertips including suggestions on we’re to dine and things to do. Robert, the property manager, was a pleasure. He kept in touch throughout our vacation to make sure we had arrived safely and to make sure everything was as expected. It was better than expected. Definitely will be rebooking for our next trip to Wildwood.

A word of warning for anyone thinking about booking. Don’t. I didn’t actually get to stay because of how dirty the property was. There was trash (contact lens case and empty medication packet) on one of the beds. The bed cover on the pull out bed was filthy and had small brown specks that looked like it could be blood from bed bugs. The AC unit smelled of mold. The ice machine was full of mold. The shower was full of mold. The kitchen drawers had dirt and bugs in it. The bath mat was outside dirty and sandy. When I told the host he sent his “cleaning lady” down to check out the property. She offered to clean to which I said no I just wanted my money back. Then the host called me and started saying to not pick apart all of his stuff. The only thing we were looking at was the bed to see if there were bedbugs in case we have to treat and sanitize all of our things we brought in. The only good thing about this is that I got my money back.

I won't waste time refuting this absurd review and will defer you to previous and future ones. Here is what actually happened: Within minutes of arriving my inbox was flooded with outlandish complaints. My cleaning service was still on premises and I asked them to check with the guests in person. When they arrived, the guests immediately said they wanted to cancel and demanded a full refund, which I agreed to give them, despite the cancellation policy set to no refund within 7 days of the stay. They would not vacate the premises and stayed for an hour after they cancelled and used the ice maker they said was full of mold and let their kids play the arcade machine. My property manager and cleaning service confirmed to me in real-time that their complaints were not true and kindly stayed until the guests vacated the property. They eventually left, but tried to reenter using the entry code that I provided, but disabled once they cancelled their stay. They were confronted by the property manager and left shortly after realizing they could not get back in. I do not know these people and gave them a full refund, so I am not sure why they felt the need to write such a ridiculous review for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I have requested that Vrbo remove this from my listing as there is absolutely no merit.

Logement rénové et aménagé pour 5 personnes, par contre, de cet aménagement il n'y a pas de mobiliers pour manger, seulement des petites tables.
