Three Season's Resort Lakefront Condo with Remarkable Views at Mile Marker 21

Excellent Lakefront Condo, located on the mid point of Three Season's Resort complex (Bldg D- unit 15.) This is a perfect spot off the KK Highway in Osage Beach right on the Lake at mile marker 21. Great sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy a quick weekend getaway or a family's week vacation. You can swim in the Condo pool or off the docks in the lake. Floating devices and tubes in the condo. You are in a cove but can see to the main channel with 2 Restaurants nearby. Shorty Pants Cajun is 130 yards across the parking lot and Red Heads is about 1 mile away and has a really nice pool with a swim-up bar. With the West view, you can watch all the superpower boats going to the main channel from Performance Marina which is located next to Red Heads restaurant. To the East, you can watch the same as boats come and go to Shorty Pants Lakeside Cajun Restaurant & Marina. Salty Dog Gas dock is located right in front of the Marina. Also nearby are golf courses, shops, neighborhood bars, mini golf, a kart track, grocery stores, water parks, and Lake Regional Hospital. The boat ramp is located just about 1 mile away at Performance Marine. Many other attractions are also nearby like Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park which has Castle Ruins and our family favorite the cold springs along with cliff jumping!

Great Stay

This property is on the top floor which made the view from the patio beautiful and sunny. The pool area was clean and the environment was good. The owners were above and beyond. Overall great stay and would go back!

The location was great. It was within walking distance to a restaurant and near other ones as well. The lakeview from the balcony was awesome. Allen was also very accessible to communicate with. We would stay there again if in the area.

Performance Boat Show

The condo was perfect!! Everything was as described. Check-in, out and communication was very easy. If you are looking for a relaxing stay and wanting to watch performance boats (cost wise that will blow your mind) this is the perfect location.

BEST View, Great place!!

We go to LOTO at least once a Summer where its just the 2 of us, this place was perfect for that! The BESTVIEW pick by far!! There was always something to see happening on the lake, but this place was quiet and the neighbors are all great people!! Allan was a great, welcoming host and we will be return guests for sure!!

Amazing lake view

From the deck you can watch the sun rise or set over the lake and observe the turtles and ducks enjoying the water below. The resort is set back from the main channel, but you can still see the main channel well. The condo is very inviting with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Our host was very responsive, keeping us updated when the water at the resort had to be unexpectedly turned off for a few hours. The community pool was nice and clean and having a restaurant (Shorty Pants) within walking distance was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!!! We love it here! We are so entertained watching the boats coming out of the high performance shop and the restaurant marinas. It's a 3 minute walk across the parking lot to Shorty Pants or a 3 minute drive to Redheads. Both have good food. Close to boat rental, grocery stores, everything you could want. Not fancy, but comfortable. Allan was an excellent host and great communicator. We'll be back!

Great Location at the Lake!

My son and I had a great stay at this condo while at the lake for a family function. We were blessed with lovely weather for July and enjoyed swimming off the dock and in the pool, and spending time watching lots and lots of boats go by from the deck. The condo was described accurately and feels bigger than what’s shown in the photos. We had everything that we needed during our stay and Allan provided great communication and an easy check in/check out process. While we didn’t struggle with the stairs, they might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues, but we enjoyed being on the top floor because the view was worth it! The pool was clean and not crowded. The condo complex itself was quiet and tidy and parking was easy. Our only regret is that we didn’t eat next door at Shorty Pants more than once- the food was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return soon!

Hello from Allan and Lisa Douglas's family! As you can see from our most recent picture we are a family of 6 and we all live in Omaha Nebraska. Very much an outdoor family that loves to adventure travel and especially enjoys boating.

This is the first family Condo we purchased in Lake of the Ozarks (LOTO). We have rented and stayed at many other places in the area and found that 3 Seasons Condos offers a perfect location for almost all activities and places to visit. Take a look at the listing pictures and map and you will see why this location is perfect.
