Regarding the hot water, we did have our maintenance team go out and adjust the temperature to the highest setting possible. We’ve been managing in this complex for over 15 years and have never received a complaint about hot water in this unit, and we’ve confirmed there are no issues with the system. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could double-check everything. We also understand that being in a lively beach area can sometimes come with a bit of nighttime activity, especially nearby entertainment. Aqua 701 is one of the most beautiful and highest-rated properties in all of Panama City Beach, and this is the first complaint of this nature we’ve received for this unit. The floors were reported on your arrival day, and our team returned within about an hour to fully re-mop and refresh the entire space. At that point, some sand and foot traffic had already occurred, but we still completed a full re-clean to ensure everything was in great condition. We were not made aware of the bedding or couch concerns during your stay and truly wish we had known so we could have addressed those immediately. Please always reach out—we are just a call away and happy to resolve anything in real time. We want to reassure future guests that this property is maintained to the highest standards and consistently delivers a five-star experience. Thank you again, and we hope to host you again soon. 🌊

Thank you for the awesome 5 STAR Review! We are so happy you found it to be clean and that you had the best of times with your family and friends! The bottom deadbolt lock has not worked since they built Aqua. None of them work as we have keyless entry systems now so you have to have a special unique code to enter the unit. We also have added a deadbolt security lock to the top of the door to give you extra security. All locks work including the keyless entry system and the extra deadbolt locking system to give you maximum security and safety. Aqua is super safe but having these extra and best security devices should give all the utmost comfort when vacationing.
