Need a little sunshine in your life? Come stay at this updated, bright & cheery upstairs apartment in the heart of Amarillo. Relax in this 2 bedroom, 1 full bath home, complete with a full kitchen, and workspace with a printer! This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor above commercial office space and has itâs own private entrance. Located near a park, with quick access to I-40, shopping and great restaurants.
Parking is available on the first floor. You may also park on the west side by the staircase.
Paramount - Conveniently located off of 34th and Western
The washer and dryer are on the bottom level in the garage. You access the garage stairway from the door east of the kitchen.
We highly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for other unforeseen situations.
RENTAL RULES
Guests will be responsible for all damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guestâs stay.
Smoking is allowed outside only. There is NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please dispose of cigarettes and trash in the trash can.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are not allowed.
Water and Sewage: The property is on city water. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages equal to the repair.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or designated repair/maintenance person access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
