Sun Dreams 1 Beach House is a spacious and luxurious vacation rental located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The house features 3 bedrooms and a loft, providing ample space for up to 14 guests to comfortably stay.

The interior of the beach house is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and coastal-inspired decor. The living room is bright and airy with plenty of natural light pouring in from the large windows. It features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a large dining table that can seat all guests, making it a great space for meals and gathering together.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with each one featuring a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The loft is a great space for kids, featuring additional sleeping arrangements and a play area.

One of the best features of Sun Dreams 1 Beach House is its outdoor space. The house has a large deck that provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a grill for outdoor cooking, and plenty of seating for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

We loved staying at this property! The view and walk to the beach was perfect. It was the closest we have ever been. We enjoyed the back deck at the house. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Great property for multi family stay

House was perfect for our 3 families. Open area for dinning room living room and kitchen was a plus. Also great that each downstairs room had their own bathroom. Loved how close the property was to the beach and even had a covered area with sand the kids could play in while it rained. Perfect house for a big group.

We loved the view through the large windows to the ocean, and the front porch overlooking the water was just steps away from the beach. Perfect home for a family of all ages. The front porch was my favorite place.

Loved the open concept of the house. The loft was perfect for my school age grandsons. Natural light all over! Kitchen was well stocked. The 2 issues I had were immediately tended to a a work order, same day. The below-house area for grilling and lounging was appreciated on a very hot day. My 100% favorite thing was the porch on the back, w full beach view. I’m a porch sitter and a book in hand w a cool drink is my idea of happiness. Will def be back!

Great Place!

Location was amazing, just about 3 miles from the Hangout, and right on the beach. The views were incredible with so many windows and huge porch. Kitchen was well stocked, spacious bedrooms and closets. Comfortable beds. (Might want to bring some extra blankets). Loved the open concept with high ceilings, overall great location and comfortable/functional vacation home. We will be back! .

Beach Memories

This beach home was the best we have ever experienced. The home was just like the pictures and the check in and out process was so easy. 10/10 recommend. Great for small children. Only recommendation is bring extra blankets and the property could use a few more pots and pans and cooking utensils.

Great vacation!

House is beautiful, very comfortable and so close to the beach. The only issue was the house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. There was bad weather and I understand that the cleaning staff needed to leave and take cover but no one showed up later that day. May just be a one time thing. Views are amazing from the back porch.

Excellent Beachfront Location!!!

Check in was a breeze and you couldn't ask for a better beachfront location. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The house could use some updated flooring and an overall deep clean. Our biggest issue was that we have younger children/toddlers and the upstairs loft is not child friendly. Our kids could fit very easily through the railings and the stairs up to the loft were very narrow and my mother in-law actually slipped and fell down the stairs because of it. I would definitely stay here again, just based on the beachfront location alone.

It’s great to hear that the beachfront location was a major highlight and check-in went smoothly! Having a quiet, uncrowded beach is always a plus. However, the safety concerns with the loft and stairs, especially with younger children and your mother-in-law’s fall, must have been worrisome. It sounds like some updates, like safer railings and better flooring, could make a big difference. Despite those issues, it's good to know the location made the stay worth it. Hopefully, future stays come with some improvements for safety and comfort! Prickett Properties

Love the deck, maybe musty

Pros: We loved sitting out on the deck, which is closer to the beach than what the pictures depict. The lowered deck allows you to sit on the main deck and have an unobstructed view (no railing in the way!). It also has areas in the shade or sun. Also loved the windows and walking right out on the beach.Only Con: When we first got there we notified maintenance that there was a musty odor (especially in the lower stairwell). The only air purifiers they had were ones that required the property to be vacant and air out afterwards. So, they were unable to help. We got two air purifiers of our own. That helped quite a bit. I was disappointed that we had to fix that problem ourselves.

Beach House

The view was great. There were things with the house that were frustrating to deal with- The blind in the master bedroom was missing on the porch side door. We had to clip a towel over the door to prevent beach goers from seeing us change. That same door wouldn’t open to go on the deck. The handle of the door in the other bedroom was unuseable. The 1/2 bath door wouldn’t stay closed when trying to use the bathroom. Then random broken things through out the house. Shelves, towel holders and such.

The issues with the missing blind, malfunctioning doors, and other maintenance concerns are certainly not the standard we strive for. Spacious!

Loved that each room had a private bath (excluding loft). All the rooms were very spacious and we loved looking out the huge windows onto the beach. The following are just observations from many years of staying in VRBO’s. The exterior is in need of a new paint job. The kitchen cabinets are due for an overhaul. Adirondack chairs on the deck are very hard to get up from, especially older folks and children. It would have been really nice to have had a table on the deck so you could eat outside, or at least sit a drink down while enjoying the gulf view. Silverware that doesn’t rust and some serving spoons would be a great addition to the kitchen. More than one bath towel per person would be beneficial as well. At least having a few packets of salt & pepper to start would be nice, especially since you’re starting your stay at 4 pm. The property management team was superb! They replied to every email and request extremely promptly! They were probably the best property management team we’ve ever dealt with!
