Nous aimons beaucoup cuisiner et avons pris un soin particulier à bien l’équiper. Bien que petite, elle est très fonctionnelle : Four de comptoir, plaques chauffantes en céramique, grille-pain, cafetière, ustensiles et batterie de cuisines complètes. Des couteaux qui coupent et un affûteur en cas de besoin. Assiettes, verres et plats de service. Vous ne manquerez de rien, c’est promis.

Le studio est situé à 13 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture ou en taxi. Nous vous proposons de louer une voiture près de l'aéroport, du côté néerlandais car les prix sont moins dispendieux. L'île vaut vraiment le détour, mais une auto n'est pas requise, tous les services et restaurants sont accessibles à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

The Studio Marigot, Heavenly!

Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal.

Marigot is a gritty town - there are no great beaches . There are great croissant breakfast places all within walking distance . There is a small beach connected to property with a view of all the sailboats . The pool is great . Laundry next to the building. Car rental ferry 10 to 15 minute walk. Lots of interesting shops. Lots of traffic but drivers exceedingly polite I am terrible at reading instructions- the instructions for check in I needed help from the friendly neighbours. The key needs to be parallel to the floor to come out - I am used to Canadian keys. All those issues are also problematic as I am getting old????I was meeting my brother so he was anchored near the unit which was great for me . All in all great unit affordable lovely neighborhood- I am 65 female on my own felt very safe . Any problems mostly due to my ineptitude were answered quickly .

Wonderful Stay in Marigot

After spending two nights on the other side of the island in an expensive resort, we spent the rest of our vacation at this property and wish we had only booked this property. The property is just as advertised. It is a nice, clean, comfortable studio right on a small private beach just for the condos. Bring your snorkel and mask because the snorkeling right at the condo is amazing. The marina is within walking distance. I don’t like to cook on vacation so we walked to Crescent Royal every morning for breakfast, which was delicious. Then, we ate dinner at Tropicana & Be Kool and loved both of them. The view cannot be beat. We booked a half day jet ski tour with Jet Paradise in the marina and had a blast on the water. The ferry is close by so we took a ferry and spent one day in St Barths. It was just an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to book the studio for our next vacation to St Martin!!

Perfect views

I kept rejecting postcards because none had as picturesque a view as the view of Marigot from the balcony (off to the right of the -- also beautiful -- directly ahead sea view shown on the website). Nicely decorated and well maintained. Useable (if tiny) kitchen. Minimal closet space. (You don't need a lot of clothes on the island!) A perfect location. As promised, an easy walk into town and to the entirely adequate grocery store. We did rent a car to explore the island so the free parking across the street was much appreciated. St. Martin is a favorite of ours as Orient Beach is entirely comfortable for couples in mixed marriages like ours (one naturist, one not). Go to the street fair in Grand Case on Tuesday night and enjoy the free music!

And yes, the street fair during the high season in Grand Case, every tuesday, is certainly an event not to miss. We greatly appreciate it also. Marigot on the beach

For going through a major storm the condo was in decent shape. The building took a hard hit but the room is nice. The views are amazing and we loved being right on the beach. We were welcomed by Titi when we got there and she was always available. Parking is convenient and the residents were always nice. The only complaints we have is that they only supply 2 small rolls of toilet paper, and a partial roll of paper towels. We also had an issue with tiny ants. I could not find any spray to take care of them. Lastly there should be a shower curtain on the shower. The shower is amazing but it sprays all over the floor and soaked the toilet paper on the holder. Other than that we had an amazing trip!!

We are happy you had a great time in our studio and that Titi made it comfortable for you. We are sorry you had to fight with those little ants ;) We have some product to control them, but it is locked up for safety. You could have asked Titi. As for the toilet paper, it is part of the welcome kit, if you run out, you need to provide your own. All this is explained in our welcome email you have received. It's a pretty common arrangement when you are renting a home. Have a safe trip home.

Marigot studio

Location and view were the best things about our stay! Close to shops and markets! The marina is only a short walk away, and I would recommend taking the ferry to Anguilla to take in their beautiful beaches!! The hostess was more than helpful and everything was as advertised! The view from the balcony was amazing as was the quiet beach just at your doorstep!

Lovely little studio right on the beach

This is a lovely little studio - double bed, tiny kitchen, good bathroom, nicely appointed seating area. The location is particularly nice - there is a little balcony that juts out over a beautiful small, clean beach. The pool is big and clean and lovely. The location is great - walkable to downtown Marigot, the Marina Royale lots of good shopping and restaurants. We received a comprehensive email from Jean-Philippe before we left. Titi who checked us in gave us lots of info and there is a binder with everything you need to know. There is free parking right across the street. The property is very safe (locked gate). Highly recommended.

Great place to lay your head

The property was safer and secure. A car was needed for more than a couple of days stay. The view was gorgeous and all the people we met were very friendly. The private beach was a big plus. The owners were very very accommodating since we originally book for June 2020 and then rebooked for November 2020.

Wonderful studio, great location.

We were surprised how much recovery has occurred in St Martin following Hurricane Irma. Many restaurants are back open and local stores are now mostly back in business. Tourists are streaming in. Studio Marigot is located right on the beach, with beautiful views out onto the ocean (dotted with sailboats and yachts). It may be a small studio but, for 2 people, is entirely large enough. We cooked in most nights and we used the beach or pool (fantastic!!) daily. It is a short walk to the center of Marigot and our favorite restaurant (Tropicana). We used public transport most of the time and on one occasion used a taxi to go to Maho Beach and the casino. The manager, Titi, was very helpful and the other guests very friendly. JiPe has left out bundles of information and he answered our pre-trip questions thoroughly and promptly. We hope to return to this lovely place.

Very nice studio right on the beach

This studio is right on the beach and has a beautiful view of Marigot harbor. It is nicely decorated and is very well equipped. The kitchen has just about anything you need to prepare a meal, ice cube trays, sharp knives and is efficiently organized. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Included umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and towels is a big plus for beach visits. Our contact in the building was very helpful and friendly. Very good restraunts are just down the street, the owners suggestion of the Tropicana was superb. I highly recommend this studio.

Beautiful as always!!

Though St. Martin/St. Maarten got absolutely battered by Hurricane Irma, we had a great time in Marigot this year. We went to different restaurants and bakeries since many are either no longer on-going establishments or are closed undergoing rehabilitation. This studio was perfect for our needs. All the comforts of home and Titi is absolutely fantastic as the go-to person if you need anything. We met some lovely neighbors on this trip as well. Great building!!

Cosy, complete and lovely studio with superb view in wonderful area

We stayed in the studio for five days and had the best time! View is amazing and surprised is every day over and over again. Area and building feels safe and nice shops and bakeries are nearby. Regina was a wonderful host and welcomed us. Studio had everything, a good bed!, lots of stuff for the beach, kitchen and shower. We would recommend this place to everyone!

Nice stay!

Stayed here recently and enjoyed our time within the Studio. The location is great only minutes from the airport. Regina was helpful and extremely nice. We didn't rent a car but 2 days in we realized we needed one. I would suggest to get a car to travel to all the different beaches on the island. Located not too far from the main section of Marigot and the food stores. Excellent stay and excellent time.

The best view, ever

This studio was a very good value. The location was perfect with restaurants, supermarket, and bakeries only minutes away. Regina made us feel right at home. I would recommend this location with a private beach and marina for a budget vacation.

Perfect place to stay

Studio Marigot was the perfect place for us to explore the island of St. Martin. Next to a beach, free parking, walking distance to a grocery store (2 min), restaurants (5 min), and the shopping areas of Marigot (10 min) make it ideal for visitors with or without a car. We rented a car to be able to freely move to the more distant parts of the island. There is a magnificent view from the terrace to the bay and the hills on the opposite side of the bay. That view and the sound of the gentle waves down at the beach will nicely complement your breakfast or afternoon coffee. The beaches are the most commonly visited places and there is a great variety of them - from large and busy (Orient Beach) to more relaxed (Friar's Beach) to exciting ones (Maho Beach with aircraft roaring just above your head before landing) to secluded ones (Happy Beach - accessible by foot only). Among the highlights of our trip was Pic Paradis for panoramic views. It is possible to get there by car but we took a trail from Lottery Farm. For 5 euro (7 dollars) you can hike the trails of the farm, including those to the peak. The trails are very well maintained and shady, offer beautiful views and plenty of mango trees along the way. There are also some ruins from an old sugar making facility and an abandoned well on the way - just enough to give you a flavor of the history of the farm. The hike itself is not lengthy but there are some steep and rough sections that require good footwear. Alternatively, you can park at Lottery Farm and hike the road to the peak for free. We didn't have problems finding the place as the directions in the welcome package were very clear. The residence is well secured and the entire area is safe. The lady who met us was helpful and friendly - she gave us a quick overview of the studio, the culture of the island and some useful hints. The studio itself had everything we needed. We would recommend Studio Marigot without hesitation. Thank you for this wonderful place!

Loved Studio Marigot

We had such a great time in St Martin and it was mostly thanks to this great little studio. It was quiet and peaceful over looking the beach, but also a quick walk from Marigot. It was a great central location from which to explore the island. The studio was perfect...inviting and relaxing. We called this vacation 'the best ever' and would stay at Studio Marigot again in a heartbeat.

Couldn't ask for a better stay

My wife and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here and were honestly sad when we had to leave for Anguilla because our stay at Studio Marigot was so fantastic. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we even cooked a couple nights and had dinner on the perfect balcony overlooking the beach. The studio had everything we could possibly need from beach towels, an umbrella, and small cooler to a little tv with a great selection of tv and movies. Wifi was accessible from the balcony but we found that to be a great way to avoid the distractions of the outside world and enjoy our stay. We also felt extremely secure in our stay as the complex had a gated entry and a few keyed doors before getting the apartment and everyone we met in the complex was super friendly. The location may be this studio's unspoken shining quality as it is just a 5min walk into the center of Marigot and just 3min walk to a large grocery store with everything you could possibly need. In summary, if we were to return to St. Martin, there is no where else we would want to stay.

Studio Marigot

We had a great time in Marigot, Saint-Martin last month. The studio is perfectly located - the building is right on the beach, the view is magnificent, a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants are all withing walking distance. It does help to have a rental car, as the island isn't big but is packed with things to see and do, and Marigot, the capital of the French side, is an ideal hub for this. Thank you Denis for having visit us. It is always a pleasure to have guests who truly enjoy St-Martin and its wonders. You are right, we also suggest to have a rental car, as there are too many things to do and see. We have 34 beaches in total, the greatest ones being on the French side. The Studio is about 20 minutes maximum from all those beaches by car. When I come to the studio it is generally for two weeks, and I visit a different beach each day! Thank you for your review.

Amazing vacation at Studio Marigot

When me and my daughter planned this vacation, I was a little bit skeptical about this studio. Finally, when we arrived, all our concerns suddenly disappeared. First, location is really perfect for the most of your adventures around the island. We didn't rent a car. We saved ourselves some money and still went everywhere we planned, using local buses or taxi (there are standard rates depending where you go). Supermarket is within 5 min. walking. All the Marigot shopping area and marina is about 20 min. walking, or a couple of min. by bus. Restaurants, bakeries are even closer. There is also a Tourist Office within a couple of min. walking, from where we could get all the local information and help we needed. Not to mention, both ways bus stops are right at the entrance of the residence. And all the nightlife is around as well. Our vacation time coincided with Bastille Day, so, as a bonus, we had lots of free entertainment for a couple of day and beautiful fireworks we could enjoy right from our balcony! Second, it's a killer view from the studio.. The view of Marigot itself and marina really gives you a feeling of more Mediterranean, rather than usual Caribbean. And at the same time you are right at the beach all the time. This beach is very secluded and is in use mostly only by the residents of the building. Before arrival, I was concerned about our swimming in there, but I didn't have to. No matter what kind of swimmer you are, this beach is pretty safe even for little children. There is a little drop (like in many other beaches around the island) about 20-30 in., which makes the swimming pretty comfortable at the sandy bottom part. Of course, it's not the best beach on this island, but it's always there for an immediate use. Third, studio itself. It feels very homey. Decoration is nice and stylish. There is also really everything you need for such a vacation. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big enough and shower is large and comfortable. Not a lot of space for clothes and shoes, but for two of us it was good enough for a week of stay. Besides that, studio is great and pretty secure inside and outside as well. Overall, it was an amazing vacation. I would definitely recommend this place for all kinds of frugal travelers: singles, person with a child or two, couples, even honeymooners. Amazing time at Studio Marigot

I cannot explain in words what a fantastic time my boyfriend and I had at Studio Marigot. The apartment itself was amazing and appeared just like the photos that were provided. The only surprises we had were how many great beach accessories there were (a beach chair, umbrella, pool noodles, cooler bags etc...) Needless to say, a good surprise. The studio had everything we could possibly ask for and more! The location was perfect - 5 mins from the bustle downtown Marigot and 2 mins walk to the US Grocery store. We loved spending the day on the beach and then heading back up to our home-away-from-home for some wine and cheese on our terrace before heading into town for dinner and drinks. We cannot stop recommending this place to our friends and we can't wait to return! Thank-you for the amazing memories!

Studio Marigot

We loved it! The descriptive on the listing was accurate. The pictures displayed the studio just as it is. The studio is well maintained and clean and has all the dishes and utensils that we needed. The owner as well as the on site property manager displayed excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, friendly and professional. The location of the studio is absolutely perfect, a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the "centre ville." Every morning of our stay, we walked to the La Croissanterie for croissants, coffee and an excellent view of early morning boat and people activity. En route, there is a fun and unique gift shop to explore - Anthropode. A short drive away are the wonderful restaurants of Grand Case. Our favorite was Bistro Caraibes. Not to be missed are Lotterie Farm. Isle Pinel, shopping in Phillipsburg and the numerous lolos scattered here and there. We will definitely return and will recommend the studio to friends.

Studio Marigot , convenablement situé

Nous avons apprécié ce petit studio très bien situé a quelques pas de tous les services. La vue sur la marina de Marigot est prenante voilier et catamaran se succède journalièrement en un merveilleux spectacle. La plage sur le site n'est pas formidable je vous suggère de louer une automobile ce qui rend l'accès à tous ces plages exceptionnelle qu'habrite cette Belle Ile, La plage de l'ile Pinel en est une des très belle.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Il serait effectivement bien difficile de rivaliser parmi les plus belles plages des caraïbes avec notre petite anse de sable. C'est pourquoi comme vous, nous conseillons aux vacanciers qui séjournent dans notre studio de louer une voiture pour appréciée Baie Longue, Baie Rouge, Baie aux prunes, Anse Marcel, l'île Pinel parmi bien d'autres, tous à moins de 20 minutes en voiture du studio. Nous aimons quand même notre petite anse, elle permet d'apprécier la mer, le sable chaud, et ce à tous les moments de la journée. Lorsque les jambes nous supportent plus, il est agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir au calme, loin de tous les touristes. J'espère que vous serez bientôt de retour.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

C’est simplement l'endroit parfait à Saint-Martin! Nous sommes à 10 mins à pied de Marigot avec son port de plaisance et la promenade maritime avec ses restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Et à moins de 20 minutes en auto de tous la plus belles plages de l'île et ses attractions. Il a y pratique supermarché à moins de 100 mètres du studio et un grand parking gratuit à proximité. De plus, la vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. Nous aimons notre studio.

Saint-Martin dispose de 34 plages. Plus que vous pouvez en visiter en deux semaines! Ils sont tous uniques. Nous affectionnons particulièrement Baie Longue, Baie aux Prunes, Baie Rouge, Anse Marcel, l'île Pinel, Petite Case, Happy Bay, Galion et Mullet Bay.

La Loterie Farms au Pic Paradis est un endroit unique pour les amoureux de la nature et le restaurant a des plats succulentes.

Saint-Martin est une île unique qui vaut le détour. Vous pouvez rester au studio et profiter de son point de vue et la plage privée, mais nous invitons nos clients à louer une voiture, faire le tour de l'île et visiter toutes les merveilles qu’elle peut offrir.
