Décoré avec une touche européenne. Ce condo offre un environnement exceptionnel, soit pour une escapade romantique, les aventuriers amateurs de sports nautiques, ou tout simplement ceux qui recherchent des vacances de détente au soleil. L'appartement a une vue imprenable sur Orient Beach, St. Barth, Tintamarre et Pinel Island.
Récemment rénové condo a une taille cuisine complète avec, cuisinier-top électrique, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur sous le comptoir, micro-ondes, cafetière, machine à laver. L'unité dispose également d'un magnifiquement conçu, salle de bains de style européen avec une grande douche de plain-pied et un grand lavabo en marbre.
Il y a un lit King size et le salon dispose d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir quatre et deux très grandes chaises confortables qui sont parfaits pour regarder la plage et l'océan depuis la terrasse.
Cet appareil est équipé de A / C, Volets roulants électriques, coffre-fort, DSL haute vitesse, ipod / iphone doc, radio-réveil, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, avec les deux chaînes américaines et françaises câble, fer à repasser / planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, et le curling fer, Nous fournissons également à nos clients avec des draps de lit, salle de bain, essuie-mains et le visage, les serviettes de plage 2, 2 chaises de plage et un parasol. Notre invité est également muni d'un téléphone cellulaire local, programmé avec des numéros d'affaires locaux, pour leur usage personnel.

Mont Vernon Apartment

Property was very quiet and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you would need. Two things…one it is listed on VRBO as one bedroom and it really is a studio and two there was an issue with the toilet and it looked like is was an ongoing issue as the lever covers were off the toilet when we arrive. The host was going to send in a plumber but we resolved it ourselves. Would stay in Orient Bay again.

Sweet little paradise

My husband and I loved this Studio Apartment with an amazing balcony view of Orient Bay Beach! Just a few minutes walk to the pool, beach or parkade and a short drive to grocer stores and restaurants. The owner was pleasant and accommodating! We will be back

Somewhat Dissappointing

The good points:-great view-unit location, high enough to avoid bugs but low enough to not deal with all the steps down to the pool and beach-Alex, the owner, was very responsive and worked hard to deal with the discrepincies between the write up and the acctual .Not so Good:-Manager was 1.5 hours late meeting us dispite constant communications-No welcome book or extensive explainations from manager. How to work apppliance and TV remotes (Netflix was alll in german and no way to change it), schedule when roads closed/open to unload car, where to take garbage etc etc-lights, pillows, sheets, toilet, small appliances etc all need some upgrading.Nice people, and we hate to leave a bad review, but some TLC and an efficient manager would really help put this unit into 5 star ratings.

The property, like the rest of St Martin, suffers from the aftermath of Irma. Sadly the island in general is in decline with massive over-development and infrastructure that hasn't kept up. If one were to imagine a demonstrative example of unsustainability, St Martin would be a prime candidate. Despite this, simple things like re-cycling do not exist. The French side made an attempt but collection receptacles are spilling over and littered with trash. It is truly shameful. A paradise of epic proportion in decay. Inexcusable given the conspicuous presence of the hyper-wealthy - evidenced by a main harbor pregnant with huge multi-million dollar yachts and an airport studded with private jet aircraft, some as big as commercial airliners.

Beautiful Location but Property challenging

INSIDE of the apartment looked exactly like the pictures posted and the location is beautiful at the north end of Orient Beach. However it is not as close to the water as the picture showed but a doable walk down the hill. The property that the apartment is situated on is hilly and rough with broken walks and cracked pavements. Parking was also challenging and bringing groceries and bags to the unit not easy with stairs... The area is slowly recovering from the hurricane of 2017 and new roofs were being installed on buildings during our stay which was noisy during the day. Many workers on site. We found the bed too firm (but others may like it) and the chairs both in and out on balcony also uncomfortable and the kitchen need more pans in order to really be functional for cooking. Alex and Sophia were very responsive.

Nice Stay but Hurricane Damaged

We really enjoyed our stay in Orient Beach, good central location to all of the French side and about a 30min drive to the Dutch side. The condo was furnished as pictured, and clean, some mild wear/rust from beach life and visitors. Double sinks in the bathroom and rain shower were very nice. Bed was comfortable, patio seating was perfect for our meals with a great view of Orient Beach. Any maintenance issues were mild and addressed by the owner after our stay. The condos were hit very hard by the hurricane; we were not fully prepared to witness the extent of the destruction, even as Floridians. The pool and tennis courts are not functional. The condos exterior has missing pieces of the roof, tiles in the stairwells, and surrounding units can be seen without doors/windows/ and balconies. Although none of this affected our stay, it was a bit of a shock walking up. I would recommend packing light as checked bagged might be difficult to transfers from the parking area to the unit and up the stairs. Snacks on arrival were nice and Sofia was readily available to help us with parking. A parking spot was provided, it was a little tight to get in and out of with our rental but definitely needed as parking was very difficult to find. I would recommend having a car for your stay as most of the restaurants within walking distance close early. Orient Village opens most of its restaurants around 6pm, I would not recommend walking on the road to get here, the quickest route is walking on the beach. Our favorite was Le P'tit Bistro. We did enjoy the Pizzeria near the lobby of the condo office and there were at least 2 small grocery stores within a 10min drive of the unit (one in Orient Village and one in Hope Estates). L'Express was a great spot for snacks on the way to the beach, the chocolate croissant was amazing! Pinel island was the highlight of our trip. The Ferry terminal to Pinel is about a 10minute drive from the condo. We chose to kayak to Pinel instead of waiting for the ferry and really enjoyed our day trips. Overall, this condo met all of our needs and gave us a relaxing/safe break from reality. We would recommend this unit and stay again in the future.

Beautiful and quiet

The unit was just as the pictures showed. The management is working on the repairs that resulted from hurricane Irma, which are mostly external. They will be starting on the pool soon and have begun to repair the securitiy system for the property. The beach is gorgeous and a short walk from the room. The island is ready for tourists to return so don’t hesitate to go! We have been going to St. Martin for the past 5 years and this was our favorite place to stay.

Great view from balcony showing a mile of white sandy beach and all the blues of the Caribbean

Condo is great, best stocked kitchen ever with everything functional. Grounds are beaten up from hurricane. Understood pool area and tennis courts where not operating. The overall resort is tired and does need general maintenance. Too many cats roaming and people with dogs do not pick up 😩. Sophie was great and showed us the condo, provided us w some starter munchies and beverages.... nice touch Overall it was good, enjoyed being removed from the crowds of tourists and the traffic of Philipsburg/Simpson’s Bay on a daily basis. Walking down the beach there are 3 decent bars but stop serving food around 4 and drinks by 5-6. Back in off the beach is very nice square with mini-market of higher end products and higher eateries Generally speaking remote but enjoyable....all depends on the night life you are looking for.

Great place easy location and good beach view.

The complex is a little beat up from the storm and little rough on being maintained.The island has made a great comeback and what has been rebuilt is better.The unit itself is fantastic and fully stocked. It’s a very very clean unit with plenty of storage space. It also comes with a reserved parking space. We would rent again. A real gem.

GREAT location and views

The apartment is well located and convenient . Well furnished but the kitchen needs a few items for cooking ! Need a dedicated parking space as parking is very difficult end of day! Owner very nice and attentif. Will come back though!

Beautifully appointed

Magnificent view of Orient Beach from this stylish and well equipped unit. We could not have felt more welcome or at home. The owner thoughtfully ensured everything required to make our stay effortless and enjoyable was at hand - from the thick cotton beach towels, local cell phone, and cold beer in the fridge, to the basic provisions in the kitchen, portable beach chairs and cooler on the balcony. It's a pleasant beach walk into Orient Bay Village for lunch or dinner. Grand Case is just a short drive away. And we were delighted to find warm baguette at the well stocked grocer located at the foot of the hill. The pictures do not do the studio justice. Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend this unit to any one wanting to enjoy a luxurious space with direct access to everything Orient Beach has to offer.

Great Beach - Nice View

My wife and I recently spent about 10 days at this property. The condo itself was very nice, everything as expected. It was well stocked with everything needed for our time there. It was a two minute walk to the pool which was clean and neat but no amenities such as food or drinks, and from there a few steps to the beach. A short walk down the beach will take you to plenty of beach restaurants and activities. The location of the condo could use some updating, but it's the islands. The price is hard to beat for the location. Definitely would recommend a car to travel around the island, there are a lot of great beaches to explore. The town of Grand Case is five minutes away, with tons of great eating. Also a short drive a way is the village of Orient Beach, again a lot of great restaurants. I would recommend this location if you're looking for a great beach location with a nice view. Very affordable for the location. We also enjoyed the balcony which does have a nice view of the beach.

Clean, fantastic location

The unit is clean and bright with nano doors that open up the balcony as part of the living area. The overall building and complex, however is somewhat run down and the Home Owners Association really need to look at some major improvement investment. The unit has a small bar fridge which is fine for short term rentals but not suitable for long term. Parking can be an issue so make sure you get the remote for upper parking access or you'll be parking a long way down the street and will have to haul groceries up and down a steep hill. Proximity to beach and Grand Case (cuisine capital) is superb!

my stay Oct 31- Nov. 23

We enjoyed the unit very much, it was everything we needed, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, the bathroom was newly updated with rain shower and double sinks, nice towels.The unit was very clean and well maintained, The view from the balcony was lovely, we enjoyed morning coffee, and evening cocktails, very relaxing and quiet. This unit has ample storage lots of drawers and closet space, and a very comfortable bed. Alex was very accommodating, answering my many questions, and making our stay worry free. We can't wait to return, don't hesitate to book this unit, you won't be disappointed.
