Our cozy tiny home nestled in the heart of Northeast Georgia and is located in a secluded area close to public access game land, where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and hunting to your heart's content. If you're a fishing enthusiast, you'll be delighted to know that our home is situated between some of the best freshwater lakes in the area, perfect for a day of angling. *Rental contract must be signed and returned to receive check in details. If contract is not signed and returned 48 hours prior to reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled.*

Chelsea is always very helpful. Via texts, guiding me to the property like air traffic control over Hartsfield. The cabins are welcoming, clean, and perfect for my stays.

Relaxed Weekend

Chelsea was so kind to greet us upon arrival, the cabin was so clean and cozy we were so happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy a lazy relaxed weekend! All the amenities were great to have in the cabin and we will be back!! Thank you Cooter Cabins for a Great stay!

Great cabin

My son and I really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Everything we needed was there. Very clean cabin and professional and friendly property managers. I would recommend this cabin to anybody.

Cozy Cabin

Cleanest, coziest and my favorite Vrbo property to book so far! Chelsea was very accommodating and made our stay fabulous. Not mention the view from the bedroom window.

Tranquility Plus

We just needed a short get-away. We enjoyed the firepit, full moon, peace and quiet. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. It was exactly halfway in the middle of the 2 golf courses we planned to play. The downside was the rain, but you can't control that. We will definitely plan to come back.

I was in the area to work on my undeveloped land nearby. The cabin I rented was very clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, the cabin fit my needs perfectly. If you like fishing, it is conveniently located by two very large, clean lakes. Boat ramps for the lakes are close by. Hunting is apparently close by as well, while there a hunter who I believe was also staying at the property, stopped to show the owner, Travis, a decent buck he just harvested…Anyway, gas, stores and eats are are not far either. Thank you Travis and Chelsea…..Jim.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

Brought my husband for his 50th birthday celebration. We enjoyed lots of fishing and resting. The house is so cute and well stocked. Wifi is not great, but that is not a deal breaker. We read books instead. We would definitely return!
